    I am getting similar FPS to IniBuilds JFK. For me no stutters or issues although it is a very dense area. I am running an overclocked 13900k and a 4090 though. I am very happy with this so far and am pleased to see MK Studios pushing out updates and attempting to optimize the scenery for those struggling with performance.

    "What lightning in clear skies bug?" Nothings changed in 4 years with their ignorance at times and yes that's what it is, ignorance towards obvious issues and massive threads with hundreds of reports not to mention the fact that if they played their own game they would see these issues. It was Martials ignorance towards the biggest VR bug last Q&A and this month it's Jorgs turn over a bug that's clearly affecting a helluva lot more users.

    you read to much into the free thing that I was using to clear my point of the importance of what going to be needed for future growth of market place which is the intended cash cow, and as you said, the updates to MSFS 2020 worth more than what we paid for the original release.

    You will have to wait another week. The generation of the RT file (an automated, unmanned, proces) failed because it ran out of disk space... Balt has promised that the next run will be ok again.

    24 hours at least covers all of us who want to fly daytime with the correct weather when we sit at our computer in the evening after a hard day of work...thats fine, i think.

    This is not only a disgrace, this is straight forward ridiculous now. Seriously, they should not only understand the issue by now, they should simply USE their own f* sim once themselves at the given locations and would instantly SEE the issue. I cant believe this behaviour regarding this bug, really...

    I highly doubt MSFS 2024 will be a "free update." We're all going to be paying if we want to use MSFS 2024. At most, I can see them giving a discount if you own the Deluxe or Premium versions of MSFS 2020, if you want to buy the corresponding Deluxe or Premium versions of MSFS 2024. I would love it if MSFS 2024 were free. But the whole point of them announcing MSFS 2024 in the first place is to get us go buy it. If MSFS 2024 were going to be free, they could have just rolled all these new changes in Sim Updates for MSFS 2020 users. To be fair, we have gotten a lot of free stuff since MSFS 2020 was released - iniBuilds A320, iniBuilds A310, and all the other free planes, and the free World Updates, and stuff like Top Gun and Dune for free. But they got to pay for a lot of this stuff, and I don't think the Marketplace can pay for everything. I am pretty certain that MSFS 2024 will not be free, as much as I would like it to be.

    Thanks for replying Raptyr. It turns out there isn't a Win7 driver for the 4060 so I got a RTX 3060 8gb OC coming on Friday. I don't know much about understanding how computer components interact so I ask for advice like yours. I know my mobo is old so it didn't make sense to spend the buck$ on a high spec card. My monitor resolution is 1920x1080. I hope the new GPU does at least as well as my old 970.

    the current code (inherited from FSX) reached it maximum potential, can't be modified no more, they still have a lot to simulate (as requested by users, check wish list), for example and not limited to, balloons (hot air effects), space travel, seasons, water and sea/rivers/falls/dirt/mud effects, trains, and so on so forth, I won't be surprised if MSFS 2024 became a free update for current users, the goal is to keep market place pumping.

    Unfair!😶 The RAF may have flown it, but it's a US ordered, designed and built aircraft.😛 A better offering (and in the spirit of Asobo often giving us planes with limited production runs), I submit the Supermarine Nighthawk. From the company that gave us the Spitfire came this brute in WWI, which took an hour to reach 10000 feet, it was that low on power! Only one built, unsurprisingly.

    I used the program, It worked rather well. The whole problem I have is that I had not known at the time of purchase but after every 6 or 7 times of offline use, you have to go online and renew the activation, which is very troublesome. Plus the fact that I use it in an actual Flight Simulator running off 4 computers and do not connect to the internet unless there is an up date to a program which is very rare. They say all you need do every time is insert the serial# and email address but that rarely works. Im just not going to use it. i fly in fsx and the default 737-800. I hear that FSUIPC may have something that would work, im gonna get into that. Frictionality is a good program but the activation system is rediculous.
