Perhaps it's Jorg who picking all the Legends. There seems to be a pattern about what is selected. -

Local Legend 16: I bet in Reno the new legend would be yet another Dornier, but it's a Short so I loose my $10. -
I watch this guy quite a lot , no fluff just plenty of actual accurate 'flying' and realistic procedures. I have to eye roll that title though.. "Not as bad as many say"......I mean CMON! Way to throw a negative tag line out there at the very top. It's almost as if he's hedging his bets in case his viewers are in the 'enemy camp'. Why not "actually pretty good!" or "as GOOD as some people say!"? To be frank if I'm reviewing a piece of software who CARES what other people say and why would I need to even mention it right at the start?! It's MY review and if my review is untrendy then that just means I'm SPECIAL hehe.

A question on London visual quality improvement. I already see great improvement in London specifically. In the later Betas came these improvements. -
I thought this announcement deserves its own thread since historical weather has been talked about so much at Avsim. In the Twitch Q&A today, they said a 24 hour historical weather snapshot is planned for MSFS 2024. Just a 24 hour snapshot, better than nothing. But there you go, for all the people that want historical weafher in MSFS.

2024 will have up to 24 hours of historical weather It cannot be back ported to 2020 because of how the new weather engine works if I understood that correctly.. -
Intel i9 crashes
sloppysmusic replied to RandallR's topic in System Hardware: PC | MOBO | RAM | CPU | HDD | SSD | PSU etc
I'm also audio 'involved' and yes pc needs to be 'silent' at idle. Obviously when simming it doesn't matter but if your pc is making ANY audible fan noise just running an audio app on record there is something seriously wrong with the cooling! That chip can also be undervolted but safest to leave as default and just get decent water cooling. It's pretty well plug and play these days and affordable. -

Yeah, I ended up removing the AIG/FSLTL and the FS models are working much better. I still need to see/test if it helped the 'divebombings' on final approach... -
