I happen to have a PAYPAL account, but it is locked due to me not being able to remember imformation needed concerning my Mothers Birth, thus after three attemps, my account was locked. So I use my credit card and then I get a message saying my card is already

Hmmm,wonder if that is the same old VA I flew for. www.apr.net. Maybe not, it folded do to personal problems with the webmaster. I think it was Efrain Ruiz or something like that. If it is the same APR, you are lucky you did not get involved...that VA was prejudice about everybody. It is nothing what a VA stands for concerning this hobby. Really never understood about all that family-brother-friendship talk. As I said be happy it was one of the biggest mastakes I made in my VA life being part of APR. Good Luck in finding another VA, there are many GREAT ones to join, just need to search. Hi All, I just want to say thanks for all the help. I have found my problem...at least I think so, the stutters have ceased.I have a Freedom 2.4 cordless joystick by logic tech. This seems to have broke or something. I noticed odd things happening and thus not being able to cabibrate it anymore. I reinstalled the latest drivers and found that my aircraft was just spinning in circles on the ground and impossiable to control. I removed the drivers and unpluged the USB stick. The stutters are now gone. XP does not seem to sense the stick once plug-in, but does show in the control panel under game controllers...just can not do anything with it as far as calibration. I guess it is time for a good old microsoft stick. It is a shame, had this stick for just over a year and now it seems broke...at least it will not work. Good Thing Christmas is near. Hi All,I am getting a stutter with FS. After about two minutes of flying the stutter begins. About every 30 seconds I get a " da da da da " stutter...seems to happen more around heavy scenery areas.I have removed all my FS files and did a complete reinstall and they are still accuring. I have a P4@3.0 ghz with 1024 ram and a radeon 9800 pro with 128 megs and the latest Radeon drivers installed.Before the stutter I was in FS heaven with my set up. Ran: UT AS2-4.5 FSRoads FSWater and Skyworld 2004. Not to mention PMDG products and others....one more thing. About six months ago I had a similar problem, but the stutter was caused by a faulty HDD that was skipping. With that stutter I saw the teatures trying to tile into place, which casued the stutter. This stutter is just a stutter all the ground textures are looking good concerning rendering. Hope someone can give me some advice here..I am feeling drained with the whole thing. Hi All,Good new news, after three days of stutter, I am now stutter free. Makeing a new CFG was great. I rechecked the bios and all looked good. Come to find out it was a bad reinstall of UT, which I reinstall just after the added ram. All was running so well with the added ram, then the stutter came.After three days of hair pulling I just thought back from the start and then UT pop into my mind. I uninstall UT, which by the way removed my FSUPIC MOD...strange and what I think part of the problem. Anyway with a GOOD reintall of UT all is works soooooo GREAT. My 9800 ROCKS and all is on full with FS9 and 9800 is set to max quality and I am pulling 20-25 FPS...locked at 25. Hi All,I have a p4 @ 3 ghz with 512 of ram a Radeon 9800 pro 128 megs. I installed another 512 megs of ram and know have stutters about every three seconds...yes for the past three days I have been doing everything to correct this. I have all the latest drivers and bios for my computer. Before the added the ram I had no stutters, but now even when I remove the added ram I still get stutters. My framerates are locked at 25 and for the most part stay there. It does not matter if all my sliders are to the left or to the right...the stutter remains. Any help would be great...my head hurts over this.Thanks and take care

Hi Chris,I did as you said, but it just keeps going back to being minimized. Sometimes I see the panel, but it is for only a second, then back to being minimized. While it is minimized I can shout off FSW.SE and FS will then be normal, but of course FSW.SE is not running.I removed all files to the old version...even did a scan to search for them. I did install as to your instructions. Hi All, I installed V2.4 I start it the same way I did 2.3. by pressing random then install, all seems ok. I get my FS main screen up I select a airport etc, then press ok to get started and set-up at my chosen airport. The computer starts grinding way...then I get tasked out to my dest-top. Flight simulator shows minimized, but everytime I try to restore it it just goes back to being minimized. Hi All,Ok here is my new system. It will be arriving... sorry to say in August. The wait will be difficult. Seems like a nice system as of now. No telling how primitive it will be in August.
