  1. Update: To save us some time up front, the leg from Palm Beach to West End is optional and can be flown in the 20 mins before our departure. We will meet at MYGW at the assigned time of 1900 UTC. Updated flightplan(s) here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/78j5vie0zxbxtnus1e8a0/MYGW_MYNN.zip?rlkey=oene933wn41cp1748etg6bjuy&dl=0
  2. Who would not want to leave the cold, snowy weather for a nice trip to Treasure Cay, and Nassau, Bahamas? Well, that is our goal today.. Starting at Palm Beach International, we head east for Freeport and the Abocos.. Here is the flight plan, subject to some revisions as we survey the individual airstrips... https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/bzj9u1dsmd6buvf0bxyac/VFR-Palm-Beach-Intl-KPBI-to-Lynden-Pindling-Intl-MYNN.pln?rlkey=2hbdfq3k3snfbmrd6n6pdcsj7&dl=0 Suitable aircraft... Bonanza or similar, 150 kts cruise or better. No additional scenery required, the airports should all be in the sim.. Particulars: Date and time: Saturday March 16th, 19:00 UTC RTWR Multiplayer Discord Channel MFS Multiplayer: US Eastcoast Server If you want to help others enjoy the multiplayer experience, don't forget to enter your aircraft details on the multiplayer spreadsheet (linked here). Your courtesy will save others a lot of time and effort. Thanks!
  3. Or if you are in flight and want to extend the flight..
  4. If you are used to the real thing. the TDS version is really the only option.. The PMS version, although very nice, has the flightplan construct of Departure airport - Enroute waypoints - Arrival airport. That may be correct for the G3000, but not for the GTN750. If you add a waypoint to the end of your flightplan, it gets inserted ahead of the Arrival airport... very confusing, if you are not expecting it..
  5. After each update, I have to remember to reset the Davtron clock to Local time, instead of Zulu (GMT) time. To do this edit the clock file with Notepad++ and change zulu to local in the hours line. //ZULU 12 HOURS getZuluHours() { var ZuluHours = Math.floor(SimVar.GetSimVarValue("E:LOCAL TIME", "hours")); File is here: flysimware-cessna-414aw\html_ui\Pages\VCockpit\Instruments\Generic\Radios\DAVTRON_M811B\M811B.js
  6. I do not think so... I usually click on the yoke to make it disappear..
  7. In case you have trouble with the autopilot in the GTNXI variant after the 4.4.3 update... there is a temporary autopilot fix that you can try.. contact me for details. In my case, altitude hold showed the wrong altitude on the autopilot, and changing the altitude selector immediately caused the airplane to climb/descend..
  8. Folks who know me would attest that I have "good intentions".. 🙂
  9. Actually, the TDS GTN750 flies the approaches correctly.. so should belong on your list.
  10. The (newer) Asobo panel.xml gauge has this entry: <TextIncrement>.1</TextIncrement> Note that my SU8 version also lacks the panel folder... so it defaults to the Asobo version.
  11. Or alternately, you can delete the model folder in the SU6 mod (and rerun the layout generator, or edit the layout.json file to remove the four model/xxx sections). That model folder has outdated files and is no longer relevant. Just compare the dates with the Asobo G36 model files, and you will see that they are newer.
  12. OK, I am into troubleshooting mode... It is the model folder in the mod that is causing this. I actually have an SU8 version installed that does not have this folder and does not have the problem... Let me do some more testing and I'll report back. In the meantime, feel free to try this version instead and let me know if any issues: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/dypif635rrdoumy1bbwhr/Bonanza-Turbo-V4-1SU8.zip?rlkey=ehwdaemuodyhmu1g9jvhdqa5t&dl=0
  13. That is interesting... why do you see this in the Bonanza and I do not? Have you also verified that this is only with the Rob Young Turbo mod active, and not with it disabled?
  14. See my last post... are you sure this is the Bonanza, and not the Baron?
  15. Can you test this one more time? The Bonanza is fine on my system, with or without the Rob Young mod. The Baron is broken as you describe. Would love to know what might be different.. 😉
  16. Are you sure... I thought I had seen the same issue in the Baron.. and there is nothing in the Rob Young mod that I can find that might cause this.. I'll test it and will report back.
  17. I am more familiar with the G3000 and it also lists origin, enroute, and destination. It seems that the PMS GTN operates like the G3000... it offers to "add an enroute waypoint" on the FPL page. The TDS GTN offers to "add a waypoint", which is added to the end of the flightplan and is now the new destination. This is a different way of doing things.. The G3000 has way more buttons / choices when editing the flightplan.. you can choose to edit the destination for example. The TDS GTN and the PMS GTN do not operate the same in this regard... Not sure if there is a software version of the GTN that makes it operate like a G3000.. I sure have never seen it..
  18. If there is an option.. I have not found it in the PMS unit..
  19. Anyone care to comment? Is there indeed a difference of flightplanning structure between Garmin and MSFS? @ryanbatc ?
