    This is a very poor analogy, because you are not the developer’s boss. This is a retail product, so none of us are owed a timeline for release. For the record, I am a CPA, and my clients are not owed a product until they sign an engagement letter. Even then, an accurate timeline is not always possible. Cheers, Pete

    Downloading the new package was a breeze. Picked a bunch of liveries in the livery manager, which takes a bit of time to install. I really like the interface these guys use. Looking forward to taking the bird for a quick flight. Just to clarify, if I want 4k textures, should select 8k in the livery manager? I see an option for 4k or 8k. Cheers, Pete

    I’ve bought several gaming pc’s from Costco, and they’ve all been excellent. With their warranty and customer service, it’s risk free in my opinion. You also get 90 days to return. I wouldn’t hesitate giving it a shot. Cheers, Pete

    This is very interesting. I have the LVFR KMIA, and I am also curious as to how superior the new KMIA is. I don't fly there often, so it they are close enough, I will likely wait for a sale on the new KMIA, or just stick with LVFR. Cheers, Pete

    I actually just did a short flight from OMDB to OMAA in the PMDG 737, perfectly smooth, no issues. I will try again to see what happens if I do OMAA to OMDB. There’s obviously no performance issues at OMAA for me, but I can’t seem to initiate the flight there. Very strange. Cheers, Pete

    Considering some of the airports that already have a high quality option for MSFS, it’s borderline shocking that none of the top tier developers have made KATL a priority. Maybe we’ll all be pleasantly surprised with a quality rendition in the near future. Cheers, Pete

    I, fortunately, waited and was able to take advantage of the deal. However, it does seem a bit backward to get more money from someone, earlier than those who got the deal, and not give some sort of discount to those who allowed the developer to benefit from a quicker profit. Essentially, it’s an incentive for people to wait to purchase, but in no way would that be beneficial to any business. Likewise, it seems a bit odd to reward those who decided not to purchase at release. Just my two cents. Cheers, Pete

    Hello - I picked up the OMAA-OMDB bundle from Inibuilds, and have not yet been able to actually see OMAA. As soon as the airport loads, and I hit the “Ready to Fly” button, I get an immediate CTD. I have very good hardware, so the issue is likely related to the scenery. I’m trying to load with the PMDG 737. This issue has occurred on two different higher end computers, so it’s not specific to just one machine. I’m curious as to whether anyone else is having this issue. Cheers, Pete

    Thanks a bunch for this, greatly appreciated! I figured it was my lack of knowledge in configuring the proper settings. I’ll give this a go and see what happens. I’m confident that this will provide improved performance. FWIW, my performance is usually pretty good in the not so dense areas, but as you said, I still should be able to get decent performance in the more dense areas. Cheers, Pete
