  1. I second that. I want the option for side/back views as I only fly with 2D panels.
  2. WOW. That screenshot showing the RAT deployed shows how wonderfull and detailed the aircraft system will be.Keep up the great work and Merry Xmas for you all.
  3. Thank you very much Will and Scott :)I've just downloaded it and will try :9My best regards,
  4. Thanks Martijn. I'll check it out when I got back home. I heard that AEU6 is not very FPS friendly, are you using it? Can you confirm that statement?Thank you again,
  5. Hi fellows,I saw this shot posted on the screen shots forum by Shocky and I would like to know if those white marks on the ruwnay are replacement textures available on Avsim. I really would like to have those white marks on my setup. Does anyone know?Thank you in advance.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/84604.jpg

  7. Hi Hornit,Thanks. That's what I tought... just wanted to make sure.Just like you I praise fluidity (smooth flight) more. I like the eye candy too and I'll be waiting for the day when we can have both at the same time (hoppefuly I'll be alive :-D ).Regards

  9. Hi friends,I decided to post this question here because I've seen some screenshots showing high detailed airports with lots of AI and would like to know what average FPS these people get in such conditions. I am curious to know if you guys use all sliders maxed only for taking the shots or it is really possible to fly high detailed airports + AI 100% without any stutter. I am currently using all sliders maxed and 100% AI at 1280 X 1024 (AA 2X Anisotropic 16X) with 26 to 30 FPS in most conditions, except at high detailed airports, where I still get 16 to 22 FPS but noticeable stutters on curves while taxing. Thanks for your comments and inputs and please let me know if there's a better place to ask this question.. :)Best Regards
  10. Hi,It has happened to me a couple of times, ramdomly. Could not figure out what was the cause, but I was flying PMDG both times.Regards,
  11. Let me know if you get it...I lost that too :(Regards,
  12. Hello friends,I did a search on the forum and could not find something similar to this (see picture).Anyone knows why this happens and how to solve? It happens mainly in ORD (default scenery - all sliders maxed) and replacement textures for runways are not to blame because I saw it before with default runaway textures.Any help is appreciatted.Thank you.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/82584.jpg
  13. >Hi again, Joselito>>I get this also. Mine are not that annoying though:-| but>that much better if they were gone:-)>My frames are locked at 24-25..more if I set to>"unlimited"...but I get those stutters, too. My card is the>GF4 Ti4200 8x AGP.>>Regards,>Ryan Beard>KJAN,SBGL,SBRJHi there Ryan,Is not that annoyng.. but I you know, we star to use such wonderfull product and we always want to have it perfect ;-)Abra
  14. I'm using the latest drivers for my sound card, using "no sound" doesn't fix the stutters for me. Just to reinforce, ONLY HAPPENS ON THE GROUND (OR NEAR GROUND) AND ONLY WITH PMDG NG SERIES 800. So I thing the sound is not an issue for me.What file is that? Aeu_6? Did a search on the file library and returned no results...Thanks in advance.
  15. Thanks Mats, I'll give it a try later at home and will report the results.Best regards,
  16. Yeap.Good PSU can make difference, especially during overheat conditions. ANTEC is one the best PSUs on the market. Good luck with your new machine.Regards
  17. >Also>remember that you can have bad framerates but still good>performance. It depends on what you think is smooth.>>Nick B.Hi Nick,Could you elaborate more on that statement? How does one can have bad frame rates and good performance? Thanks,
  18. BUMP.Anyone else experiencing this or just me now?Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
  19. Hi all,I've done a search in the forum and I read a similar topic (http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=136&topic_id=48565&mode=full) without a solution. My framerates are steady locked at 30 using 737-700 2D winglets, however it stutters every second on the ground (no matter which airport). Questions:1 - How can we have constant good framerates and stutters at the same time? 2- It only happens on the ground. In flight, with overcast or 3D clouds at 100%, performance still at 30FPS and NO STUTTERS whatsoever.I already decreased the LCD framerate on PMDG menu, and lowered sound quality to medium, did not help though. Any other suggestions? Would like to hear somtehing from PMDG, because the other topic wasn't solved. It doens't happen with any other aircraft. Best Regards,
  20. Thanks for taking the time Claudio. I'm googling about benchmarks now.:)
  21. Hi,1st of all, I'm sorry if my post is not on the correct Forum, I know this is for PMDG support only, but in fact I only care for the PMDG NG, and that's what drives me to upgrade my hardware Ok, I'll be in ORD for 1 week, close to a Compusa store and I'm planning to buy a new videocard. I decided for ATI and ended up with 2 choices and need your help in deciding (if you guys could):1- All in Wonder 9800 Pro 128MB AGP 8X2- Radeon X800 Pro 256MB AGP 8XThey cost the same (about $400 + Tax - top of my budget) and I'm in doubt about the memory size. Does it play a big role in frame rates? I am asking you because the All in wonder version has much more bundled stuff but "only" 128MB. I want your thoughts prior to make the decision, 'cause I don't wanna come back to Brazil and figured I made the wrong purchase... hehehe. Thanks for any inputs my friends.Best Regards,
