  1. Everytime MSFS has a larger MSFS update you will loose your filter settings as for Nvidia it is like a new game … The same goes for NV driver updates. Depending on what they update you will loose your filter settings. I made screenshots so I can add them back very quickly.. There is a way to Save them : Go to the third post..
  2. We wanted Live weather instead of Presets. We wanted real Live ac instead of general flightplans and MSFS controlling the AI ac. No Live delays , no diversions. Just general. MSFS will never give us ATC that is talking to Liive Traffic. But I’d rather have no ATC than non Live AI ac…. And if there are Live streams then it will be as realistic as it gets.
  3. Exactly - - - Regarding RealTraffic: Balthasar sells the licenses cost based. Not for making a profit. Over the last few years he had to pay extra for his data info too. He has a daily job which is not RealTraffic. There is nothing more to it.
  4. Your comment is totally nonsense. That you did not got it to run right 2 years ago does not mean that did not work for all the other users. Not that it hasn’t improved over the last 2 years. First of all : PSXT is free. So that statement is incorrect. Nico is working on PSXT for many years now, continuesly releasing updates with further features and improvements. All for free. You pay for the RealTraffic subscription. Most airports are populated and if you have one that isn’t PSXT has a To be Learned folder and you sent the airport info to Nico and he makes sure that in a future release the airport is populated with parked ac. It would have been better if you had taken the time to read what PSXT does these days instead of writing down a lot of air …. One thing I agree with you : FSTL is the better program for you ….
  5. If changes are quiet noticeable than perhaps you should not implement it. Sometimes it is better to either use lower settings in general or purchase more capable hardware …..
  6. Glad that you found FsHud and indeed BeyondATC and VoxATC might suit you better …
  7. PSXT + RT = real world live traffic inside P3D/MSFS Indeed you are not part of what happens in the real aviation world 😉 So if you want to talk to ATC and get instructions then there are other options. Everyone as he/she likes it ….
  8. I payed 100 euros, so you might take a look at the RT website ….
  9. You did not read what I wrote before writing your comment…. If there are Live streams you can listen to them. If there aren’t any you can’t. Where did you read that I wrote that you will have ATC for all airports ?
  10. PSXT is free, it is RealTraffic that you need a subscription for. It is correct that no ATC addon wil work with PSXT but if you listen to Live ATC streams then you will hear what you are seeing. https://www.liveatc.net/topfeeds.php Regarding immersion there is no AI program that comes close to PSXT if you want it as realistic as you can get. All diversions, delays etc exist. PSXT shows real live AI traffic with a 30 delay, but you can go up to a 15 sec delay. https://www.lekseecon.nl I use it with every flight icw FsTraffic ac and AIG ac.
  11. I have 4000 cards but still use this mod. I now can add extra AI traffic ac 😎
  12. Where can your latest version be downloaded. Is it the same link ?
  13. Here I do not use a cache. Fast IN connection. Anyone tried downloading London manually into the cache to see if it made any difference ?
  14. Anyone knows if Asobo has ever responded to the “melted” PG city issue as in the past this has come up multiple times. I see it when combing out of Amsterdam when getting above 4000-5000 ft and looking into the distance. At a lower altitude it all looks well. And at from a certain altitude you don’t notice it anymore. 600mb IN connection…
  15. I would also like to try it. Thanks.
  16. Thank you. That would be welcome. I have experienced this too on a few flights.
  17. Starting at a gate automatically the engines are not running, Starting on a runway and the engines are running. Sometimes I do not have the time to start up from Cold and Dark, so I want to taxi as soon as possible (using the Prosim 738 ). Now I have to Slew to a gate. Is there no other way ? Perhaps a tool that puts you at the gate with engines running ?
  18. Imagine you fly in a mountainous area. You are climbing to 10000ft. Myself I would like to see all trees instead of seeing photo real tiles with less trees the further I climb….
  19. Noel, currently I use : tLOD : 0-100 / 1500-150 / 5000-175 / 10000-200 / 15000-225 / 20000-250 oLOD : 0-100 / 2500-150 / 7500-175 / 12500-200 I am still testing. As I only use the VC without instruments and never Spotplane view perhaps a tLOD of 200 might be enough already and any higher will show nothing extra. - - - Keep attention to first set a new tLOD and have the oLOD follow 1000-2500 ft later….. In that way the pc first will load more terrain tiles around the plane and after that the objects follow. Not all together which wil tax your pc more at that moment.
  20. @Noel What is the reason that you lower your oLOD instead of increasing it ? The moment you are flying higher you can see more in the distance….
  21. With these settings you get a lot of loading when climbing or unloading when descending. That might cause stutters. The developers advice is to use just 3 levels. You can add 1-2 extra levels but keep then at least 2000 ft apart.
  22. Indeed this is a game changer and imho for everyone. I always used a tLOD and oLOD of 150. My 2 pc’s are fast enough for delivering a good framerate, but when I am at Amsterdam EHAM I use a Parked percentage (PSXT Live Traffic) of just 18% for AI ac to stay above 70 fos ( FG on ) near the terminals with a lot of Live ac too in bad weather. When using a tLOD value of 100 instead of 150 I can set the Parked value to 25% and therefore see much more Parked ac … When flying I now can set both tLOD and oLOD to 200 or higher and see more detail further away while maintaining a good framerate. And especially on larger 4K TV’s ( 2x 55” and 1x 65” ) this is very welcome. So this really is THE tool to have !
