  1. I did a pushback earlier and it worked as expected, but I can't speak for any other part.
  2. Only for beta testing. If it wasn't for that, V4 would be gone already.
  3. Plus a middle mouse button click puts them at 50%. You can also use the middle mouse button to rotate them which is faster than just holding a left/right mouse button.
  4. I went from 6.7 to 7.2 (or 7.3 I'll check when I get home) when going to the 2004 update. That's from the P3D in-sim display. Using an ASUS 1080.
  5. Are you certain you're in the 748 and not the 744? That's the only reason I can think of that the option wouldn't be there.
  6. Click PMDG Setup. Then click aircraft. Then click equipment. Then go to page 16. Then look at what EFB Installed has next to it.
  7. PMDG Setup > Aircraft > Equipment > Page 16 > EFB Installed Yes/No.
  8. Hmm. My stream must have buffered when it was mentioned, because I don't remember hearing anything about it. Or was it not part of the presentation?
  9. VA's can use the system as well. They can have their own back end and use the ACARS system to communicate with their pilots, as well as the part where location/hours/failures/state is tracked per airframe. Possibly other things, but I believe that's all he mentioned. He didn't give too much detail on this part, but I'd imagine there will be more in the future.
  10. PMDG could release a new sim that costs $19.99, gets 200fps in every condition you can think of, has every single airplane ever made modeled down to the smallest detail, and perfect scenery that gets updates daily from 400 PMDG satellites, and people would still be disappointed.
  11. It's an expansion pack, not a stand alone product. They've mentioned the NG3 in the past, and RSR also gave it a slight mention in the presentation. I'll be pretty shocked if a new NG/Max isn't the next new aircraft release (Outside of something like a DC-3 or XP conversions).
  12. He briefly mentioned it will connect to online ATC with CPDLC if that's what you're wondering about. But he didn't give any detail about it.
  13. I think the live interview didn't happen because FSElite was having streaming issues. Hopefully they still did the interview and will upload it later.
  14. PMDG Global Flight Operations. EDIT: Read the below. Much better overview than what I originally wrote.
  15. Thanks, I must have missed that. Guess I really am unable to reproduce this now for some reason. Very odd.
  16. How many people who get the CTD with couatl running (or not restarting it), have tried running without Active Sky? The flights I ran Friday/Saturday, I ran without AS and didn't CTD. I haven't had a chance to try it with AS to see what happens, but I'll start one soon.
  17. Hmm. That seems a bit odd, but you might be onto something. I can't seem to reproduce the CTD anymore, but I checked what I wrote awhile back and it looks like my CTD was 40nm before JOOPY. If PFPX is accurate, that seems to be on the FIR line as well.
  18. Two attempts with the HOIST FP and no CTD for me. Guess I'll try it with ASP4 running to see if that changes anything.
  19. I'm curious if you can repeat this. I mentioned this awhile back, but I had a flight I flew 5 times. First three times it crashed and I was certain it was reproducible, but then the last two it didn't crash. This was all flown on a single weekend over a single weekend with no changes. For some reason the results were different the last two flights. This was in 4.1. Now using 4.2.
  20. No CTD even with couatl running on my first attempt with the HOIST FP. Used the PMDG 747, but didn't use AS or any weather programs. Just P3D, my installed scenery, and the 747. Just started another flight that I'll leave running overnight, so we'll see how that goes.
  21. Bob, What's on the FMA when this happens? Do you see VNAV on the FMA? IIRC, the light will go out, but it will come back on at 400 feet when VNAV becomes active.
