  1. This is the plan in simbrief:------------------------------------------------------------------- N058SB 19MAR2024 KCNM-KDVT BE58 N058SB RELEASE 1142 19MAR24 OFP 3 CAVERN CITY-PHOENIX DEER VALLEY WX PROG 1912 1915 1918 OBS 1906 1906 1906 ATC C/S N058SB KCNM/CNM KDVT/DVT CRZ SYS 2300/24.0 19MAR2024 N058SB 1210/1230 1445/1453 GND DIST 444 BARON 58 / IO-520-C STA 1455 AIR DIST 432 CTOT:.... FL STEPS KCNM/0065/ --------------------- And this is what is imported to LNM: Flight successfully downloaded. Reading of route description successful. Nothing found for SUNSS8. Ignoring. Flight plan from Cavern City Air Trml (KCNM) to Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl (KPHX). Distance without procedures is 414 NM. Using cruise altitude 6,500 ft for flight plan. Takeoff from runway 14L. Arrive using STAR SUNSS8. Route description: KCNM/14L N0196F065 DCT WHOLE DCT EWM J4 SSO SUNSS8 KDVT/07R KPHX. Found 5 waypoints: KCNM WHOLE EWM SSO KPHX. I see that LNM does not find the STAR SUNSS8 which appears in skyvector. BTW I can create the plan fine using LNM only.
  2. Not sure I was clear. The problem is in the transfer from Simbrief to LNM the alternate becomes the destination. I'll do it again tonight and send the results.
  3. I created a plan from KCNM to KDVT with KPHX as alternate. The plan generates fine in Simbrief but when loaded into LNM, the flight plan destination is changed to the alternate, KPHX. If I eliminate the alternate in Simbrief, the plan loads correctly into LNM. Any idea what's happening here?
  4. Found the solution. The bottom of the window was hidden under the taskbar. Move the taskbar and resized the window and the options appeared.
  5. When I select New Aircraft Performance I do not get the options at the bottom of the screen so I cant save the file. Same when I select edit performance.
  6. Thanks for the reply. I actually asked this in the wrong place and am sorry to take your time. When I look at approaches on Skyvector there are sometimes asterisks after the approach name. Just wondering what that means.
  7. Thanks. Yes it is whatever has been provided by ASOBO and Microsoft. I have no add-on KATL scenery.
  8. When planning an arrival at KATL, we are given 2 runway lengths. I understand displaced thresholds for arriving aircraft, but these lengths differ by only 2 feet. Are these displaced thresholds or something else? Thanks.
  9. Yes. I did get that message. I think I solved this. First, I reinstalled the latest version of LNM, but that wasn't the problem. It was the reference to One Drive which I had never activated that caused the problem. After a fix, all worked as expected. Had to get set up again in LNM but all is well now. Thanks again for a great program and your interest in your users.
  10. I save from the LNM menu. I tried to send a screenshot but the forum makes it tough to do. The message says, "C:/Users\myname\OneDrive\Documents\Little Navmap Files\Flight\IFRJohn Glenn Columbus Intl (KCMH) to Cenver Intl (LDEM).lnmln File not found. Check the file name and try again" I am not aware I've ever activated One Drive so I don't know where that part came from. Thanks for helping.
  11. Suddenly I'm not able to save my flight plans. Instead I get a message that the file can't be found as if I'm trying to open a save file. Any way to fix this here since I save most of my flight plans for later reuse.
  12. Same thing here. Leaving LCMH the World Map shows me going to the North Pole and back to the first way point. Even though this shows on the world map, it's not in the plan or the waypoints shown at the top of the map. The plan still flies as designed.
  13. The depth of LNM continues to amaze me. Your hard work has made the sim world better for all of us.
  14. Is there a way to make the print in the menus larger. This old simmer could use some help reading the menus
  15. When flying from KORD there are no SIDS. Is there a way to put a departure runway in the flight plan without a SID. Also, Simbrief picked runway 22L for departure; however, I cannot locate that runway in LNM.
  16. Mine have been reversed since the day of installation. Causes no problem in the sim. Gotta do what makes it work.
  17. Found what I was doing wrong. I failed to expand the STAR to show the various transitions. Hence the waypoints were not shown prior to GRNCH and didn't get included in the LNM flight plan. I've tried several ways to do this; first plan in Simbrief and transfer to LNM and sometimes the other way around. The goal is to get them both to agree. Then I export the plan to MSFS with a starting gate, open the plan in MSFS and go from there. Laborious but it's fun and it works (if I don't forget anything). Thanks for the help.
  18. If you examine STAR GRNCH to KMCO, you'll see what I mean. The flight plan sequence in LNM is GRNCH, BUGGZ, BLAYK, BUBIE, YAGGO. However, my flight pllan entered at the ZJAYX transition. The waypoints between ZJAYX and GRNCH are omitted; however, when the flight plan is imported from Simbrief in order to use the FBW A320, these waypoints and speed and altitude restrictions are included. Of course, they can be inserted in the LNM flight plan manually, In case you wonder why I'm asking, I've been having fun programming LNM to match Simbrief, importing the Simbrief plan to the FBW A320 and tracking the flight in LNM which led me to print out the STAR which is when I noticed the waypoints from the entry were not in the LNM flight plan. Thanks for looking at this.
  19. When I transfer a LNM flight plan with SIDS and STARS, I notice that there are more waypoints in the STAR than appear in LNM. I was wondering what the reason that these waypoints are not present. I like to follow the flight in LNM and the missing waypoints can be added but by then I used a lot of available time.
  20. Is there a way to revert to an older AIRAC cycle after updating to the newer?
  21. Thank you for your reply. I had no sooner posted when I went back to LNM and immediately found the problem. I had failed to put in a cruise altitude above the restriction. Previous flight plan was a VFR flight and I forgot to change the cruise altitude.
