    Hi All

    I have purchased both the V2 Dukes and I'm getting sound file issue's giving me blacked out screen with the turbine version. There seems to be an error, (for me anyway), with the short woosh wav file and the AOA loop file according to FSX report. Anyone else had this and can anyone help me please. especially the chaps from Realair of coarse.

    Thanks for you reply 777200LRF. I have done all those things you suggested but still no joy. I did have the imaginesim installed before but deleated it prior to installation. I was wondering if there is a rogue AFCAD left in the system somewhere but don't know where to look. Any further help please anyone. Thanks.

    Thanks for the replies gentlemen. Kevin I did see the TD788_LIGHTS.bmp you mention and I think this is the way forward perhaps, but I have never done anything like this before and don't know how to edit a bmp. Any help/information in this direction would be good.

    Hi All

     

    I have the TDS 787 with my chosen panel all set up and flying great, however, one thing bugs me and that is the brightness of the default beacon, nav and strobe lights it's really low although I think the landing lights are not too bad. Can anyone help me please with the required editing of the lights in the cfg to make them brighter please. I just don't know how to do this myself.

    Hi All

     

    So I have the great TDS 787 and I'm using the I-Fly 737-900er panel, (sorry all purists out there :rolleyes: ). Everything is great except the white wing strobe lights not working, all other strobe/beacon and nav lights are ok. I guess I need to import one of the light strings from the I-fly cfg but then make sure to reposition it correctly for the TDS 787 wing tip. Frankly I just dont know how to do this. Anyone out there with greater knowledge than I who would be kind enough to help me with this please.

    Thank you for your reply. I can of coarse do as you suggested but forgive me but I see this only as a temporary measure. As I mentioned above I have put VHHX into other databases including PMDG. I just cannot find where to put these same details in the Wilco Airbuse's database. Anyone?

    Hi All

     

    Am I missing something here. I want to install Kai Tak details into the Wilco Airbus 1+2 FMC's database's and just cant find where to put them, I feel a fool as I have them in all other aircraft. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi all. 

     

    I'm useing CLS A330 external models merged with Wilco Airbus Vol 2 aircraft models. Does anybody know of a way to get PW engines, (which wilco don't do) to show with this merge combination by shuffling and playing with air files and cfg's perhaps. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Luis

     

    Many thanks for your reply. Just to make it clear what I have done, I've put Wilco Flap settings into the PA Aircraft cfg so the "flap stages" show up properly in the Wilco panel display. The PA settings do not display properly  in the Wilco panel. However, would the same principle you stated above still apply? Many thanks once again.

     

    PS: Originally I used the PSS panel for the A380 but now I am trying to use the Wilco A340-600 panel.

    Hi All

    I am trying to merge the PA Airbus's with Wilco panel's and I'm happy with the results so far except, I need to make pitch adjustments for the "AOA" to the A321 and A380 in level flight and on approach . Can any body tell me which elements have to be changed within the aircraft CFG to get the pitch angle I want. Currently the A321 is a little too nose up and the A380 a little too nose down. I'm using Wilco's flap settings so they display properly in the panel at the moment but of coarse they dont work as well as the original PA flap settings.     I've just re-installed my QW 757,(FS9) and I'm stuck with the wide 2d panel on a standard screen. I just cant remember what to do and I cant find anything doing a search. I know it's simple to do. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi All

     

    Can anyone help me please. I am looking for a specific repaint that I think was lost since the Avsim hack. It's for the FS9 version of the Aerosoft Beaver. It was an Alaskan Winds repaint with a WW2 style bathing lady motife on the nose called little dipper. Yes I know there are other Alaskan Winds repaints out there but I considerd this to be the best. If anyone has it and could send it to me , I would be most grateful.

    Hi All.

     

    I am doing a reinstall of fs9 in windows XP. For some reason I cannot see either Level d or I-Fly in my go flight config tool for the MCP Pro. I can see default and compatable in there but thats all,(PMDG and Wilco working ok). I have all the required bits but I think I may have them in the wrong places. Could someone please confirm where everything should be as I've forgotten.

    To check whether it's an elevation conflict, open your AFCAD for SFO and get the elevation (in meters) from the airport datum point. Then use JABBgl - a freeware utility - to open the KSFO airport file in the scenery/Namw/scenery folder and make sure it is the same as the AFCAD. If it isn't, adjust it to the same elevation as the AFCAD using JABBgl. (It will make an automatic backup so don't worry that you are going to create a monster)Thanks for your reply Ian thats exactly what I want to do but thats my problem, I dont know how to.     Hello Ian (Kiwiflyer45)Sorry for hijacking the thread but the problem you mentioned above is the exact problem I have with Fy Tampa's KSFO. I have very bad texture bleed through on all runways, taxiways and grass areas causing major flickering when inbound, (not outbound funny enough). I am using GE Pro and terrain max vertex level at 21 and I have mipped the textures but to no avail. These are the only things I can think of that may be relevant to the problem.I love Fly Tampa's stuff but this problem makes KSFO unflyable for me. I have the same problem at VHHX but to a lessor extent. Could you possibly help please with KSFO in the way you mentioned above.Many thanks.Malcolm "Rooster" Hancock
