Do you have the German Scenery showing in the Europe region? If not go into settings and under general make sure the 3rd line "only show products that i have installed" is unticked. Onece you have it showing click on it and you should see all the version number etc.

On the install screen you should have a version number, underneath that in yellow "installation options" Click on that and you should be presented with 3 options, the first of which is to install from a manually downloaded zip Also make sure you do not have "only show products I have installed" ticked in settings

Using it in v3.1 with no problems. Just drop the fxml file on to it and it will create an flt file of the same name. RC4 reads it all ok.

Look for this file FxmlToFlt - a small utility to convert from fxml to flt by John Nunez. Solves the problem.
