What plane/planes are you flying and what GPS's are you using?

I have never ever seen a Captain ever fly from the right seat of anything but a helicopter. It's just not a thing. However, it is fairly common for larger aircraft to have tillers on both sides of the aircraft.

I think you're right. The 757 is all about that front end and this one looks off somehow.

I'll try to remember when the sim is running next to look at this for you but not sure when that is going to be.

This is one thing about this aircraft that I really do appreciate. So many aircraft have absurdly twitchy elevator control (FSR500) and this thing is far more realistic in it's required movements from what I can tell. It alows one to actually control the pitch with some precision. It has weight. I also appreciate the slow trim speed for the same reason. I understand that they timed this so it's bang on. Edit: I actually missread what you wrote there but I will leave what I wrote so that I have some positives to say regarding this plane. It's really not all bad. It's just the bad part is so bad it's unflyable. It does seem to take an awful lot of trim but I have no idea of the reality of that so won't be whinging about it. At least until I have more experience flying it but that won't happen until they acknowledge and fix the comedy yaw.

You and me both. Although, I didn't get involved in the conversations as I could see that it was futile. The delusional sycophants (a common theme on Discord) and this guys attitude persuaded me to dump the thing in the hanger. I'll try it in a couple months and see if some sense has been applied to it but judging by what I have read over there and the attitude towards the behaviour of the yaw I sense that this one will remain a write-off as far as I'm concerned.

All of this. I don't care how much the consultant pilot defends it, I simply will not believe the real thing behaves this way and am suspicious of anyone that does. It's ridiculous. On approach it behaves as though there is no vertical stabiliser and yaws back and forth as though it's a space craft docking in zero gravity and with thrusters to control it. Not 'knowing the front from the sides' is a completely apt description. There is no way this aircraft yaws into such an extreme crab the way this model does with zero wind and little power before suddenly deciding to crab the other way. What else am I expected to believe? That it can fly through walls? I'm also unconvinced the turn coordinator is synced correctly but it's hard to tell with the comical yaw characteristics. It's the most unstatisfying joyless aircraft to land in my extremely long flight sim experience. It's a real shame for me because there is so much to like about this aircraft but the yaw control, especially on approach means it's insufferable. I hope they get some more professionals to consult on the flying characteristics of this plane. I have heard the views of a couple that fly it and quite a few more of pilots of other aircraft and their eyebrows have certainly been raised by what they have experienced. I too tried removing the interconnect but it was still a dreadful mess.

Something is wrong. I experience none of what you speak of with this plane. My first port of call would be to check for controller conflicts and conflicts that may be in your community folder. You're right about the sounds. I really hate them but I believe improvements are on the way. I also understand that the dev is working on a tablet for this and I wouldn't be surprised if a load manager of sorts was included in that. That's just an assumption though.

That's interesting. Are you also seeing the dreadful frame drops? Or is it just an increase in stutters and jitters?

I'm aware of that chaps and I would rather be using my ever faithful PMS GTN but I'm having some terrible performance issues with that device at the moment and I can't get to the bottom of it. The performance drop when using 2 units such as with the SWS PC-12 or the Flysimware 414 is extreme. As in going from 85 FPS to a stuttering jittering horror show at 40-45 and I don't do less than 60 even without the stutters and jitters. I don't know why this started but both of those planes with that unit are unusable at the moment so in order to get the PC-12 in the air I resorted to using the 530 which is a unit I have always despised and not being able to directly import my flight plan is not helping my dislike of it. Anyway, having done a few flights with that unit and plane I have come to the conclusion that as long as the plane behaves as though there is no vertical stabilizer and the yaw control is more like that of a space craft that I will give up on both until there has been an update. I have reached out to the dev of the PMS but I feel we are only at the begging of figuring out what is suddenly wrong with that on my machine if we will at all. Flying without that is like flying without and arm and I don't enjoy it to be honest.

Is there a way to import a SimBrief plan directly without going through the rigmarole of using SimBrief Downloader to put it in the MSFS flight plan location and then loading the plan in MSFS etc?

It's a control profile for Track Ir. It just contains custom operational perameters.

REX Accuseasons Advanced and REX Global Airport Textures and the odd airport here and there are all the scenery I bother with in this sim. There just doesn't seem to be the need for anything else in the regions I fly in.
