Hello I've taken the plunge and installed P3Dv3.2 and have installed all my scenery and other add on planes. I have hit a glitch when trying to install the latest version of NGX and 777 however. I can't find a reference to the problem in the forums but hopefully someone else has see this. I get the error attached when trying to install. An outdated version of Prepar3D has been detected. Before you can install the PMDG 777 for Prepar3D, you will need to update your simulator. Please install Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v2.4 or later. My P3D v3.2 is the latest version and has been activated on line. This was complete reinstall of P3D v3.1, I uninstalled the whole lot before installing v 3.2. Any ideas? W10 64bit P3D v.3.2.3.16769 Thanks Andrew

I use a half head set that just covers one ear. It's very light and I attach my TrackIR to it. After a while I forget it's there.

I hope you do because I can't fly without FS2Crew...

I am trying to reinstall my 777 and 737NGX onto P3D v3.1 but keep getting the message; "The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. Not particularly. Just P3D running with the normal add ons, ASN, Track IR. I now remember that the frame rates had dropped a little during the approach so maybe that accounts for it.

Hi Bryan, Here's a weird one. In my last few flights with NGX reboot all my interactions with the FO are fine except for the select speed command. If I, for example, say, "select speed "200" the set speed in the MCP starts to change and then slow down as it reaches the commanded speed. When it gets to 200 it pauses very briefly and then continues on to it's lowest, or highest, possible setting. If I say "Cancel my last instruction" the FO does stop. So I have been having to change speed settings myself. I can't for the life of me work out how this could happen but perhaps you can help. Thanks Andrew

Hi Bryan I'm having an issue with the install of the latest version of FS2Crew for Airbus. When I run the installer it goes through the normal process and appears to install ok. It installs the manual and the uninstaller but the main exe file isn't there and I can't find it in the root folder. It's as though it didn't install that part. I have AV turned off as usual and my other Fs2Crew products have installed ok. There was one unusual thing that happened when I ran it the first time, a W10 warning message came up, which I have never seen before, saying that Windows had blocked an unknown file or script from running (I have UAC turned off). I was able to select either BLOCK or READ MORE. I selected READ MORE and it allowed me to run it anyway. I've tried it three times now with no luck. All previous editions were fine for me. Any ideas? Hi Apologies if this has been asked before, but will your products be compatible with the latest V3 of P3D, which is due for release tomorrow? Perhaps it's a case of waiting to see whether they run or otherwise but since I don't fly without FS2Crew I just thought I'd ask, in case. Thanks Andrew.

Hello Since upgrading from W7 to W10 on my desktop PC I have noticed any (non-PMDG) 3rd party liveries I install using the PMDG Op Centre do not display any Aircraft Properties. In P3D the MCDUs of these aircraft do not work properly, with some blank pages and soft key presses not working after a period of time. I have tried removing and reinstalling my PMDG products but this has not helped. Can anyone shed any light on this issue please? Thanks Andrew

Just checked and after a full reinstall of Aerosoft airbus and v2.2 of FS2Crew I can't activate voice in that either. On clicking the voice button nothing happens. I have probably overlooked something simple but it all worked fine before W10 so I'm a bit puzzled to say the least... EDIT: OK, think I've solved it. W10 control panel (settings) is a little confusing. Even though I'd set it to English US in settings it hadn't changed in the speech recognition setup panel. I've now changed it and it works fine. A new feature of W10! Thanks Andrew

Hi Since migrating to W10 64bit whenever I load a 737NGX from the P3D menu I get the activation required box and I have to enter my serial number to proceed. This happens every time I restart P3D. It doesn't happen when selecting the 777. Any ideas what may be causing this? It didn't happen before the move to W10. Thanks Andrew

Hi Bryan I cannot start voice control in 2015 after migrating to W10 even though I have downloaded and set the US English pack as default speech language. I keep getting the Green error message in P3D stating I have to use the English US setting. Any idea what I've missed? Thanks Andrew

Hi I am trying install v1.5 onto my P3D v2.5. I have uninstalled the older version and as the install comes the end I get a pop up saying " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". It is asking me to enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "vc_red.msi" and use source f:\112~ad\. If I click cancel the install appears to finish normally. Any idea what may be causing this? Thanks Andrew
