Hello, I can confirm that adding the SDK lines within the .INI file of the 747QOTSII and the 737NGXu, that did solve my problems and I am able to use the VAinterface Version 2.28.1.21684 within P3Dv5.1 and Virtual CDU Version 1.10 for the NGXu and Virtual CDU Version 1.1 for the 747QOTSII. I have sent a copy of my INI. file to the Devs hoping they can update there installer with the right lines added!

Also have this problem when connecting to the PMDG 747! I also see on my IPAD and Samsung tablet that I am connected to the FMC, I can press buttons and see the FMC on the airplane show what I am typing but on my tablet (Ipad or Samsung) the screen only shows Connected to Vainterface Version 2.28.1.21684 with the option to disconnect? Anyone get this error also?

I have tried to install this but not getting anything to show the GTN750, I just did a copy paste from this post to my Panel.cfg. I just installed the B1900HD, TBM and Grand Caravan HD into P3dV4.4 and all of them are giving me a very bad FPS of 5 to 6!!! When switching aircraft, for example A2A Bonanza I get back to 30FPS inside and outside views! P.S. Frames are locked at 30 BTW. Anyone know of a reason for this poor FPS? Only does it with the Carenado Aircraft. Tested my PMDG's, Aerosoft, MajesticDash8 and all of them are working great! Thanks for the help

Hey mfrantz, I did do a test to see if in the ND the airport displays or not and it does. When using the OPT it does show VHHX when entering the ICAO code in the airport. I just wondered why it was giving me an AIRPORT NOT IN DATABASE when searching for the airport in the Terminal Charts. But like you said the Terminal Charts database uses the Navigraph's charts database which only contains current real-world data! P.S I do realize that they are no charts in the FMC, I just used the wrong phraseology, did mean navigation data. Will there be a way to see the SID's and Star's in the EFB eventually? I do have all the charts for VHHX in the FMC but when doing a search for VHHX in the EFB all I get is not in database! I did a scan for the default P3D scenery and for the Add-on P3D scenery and it still does not show up whe doing a search in the EFB! I did open the folder in PMDG called EFB database and I can see that in the file called BGLMapAddons that there is an entry: VHHX;;Hong Kong Intl (old);Hong Kong;;Hong Kong SAR;E:\P3Dv4\FlyTampa\KaiTak\SCENERY\VHHX_NOSTATIC_ADEP4_FLYTAMPA.bgl;11116 VI18;;Ambala;Ambala;;India;ORBX\FTX_VECTOR\FTX_VECTOR_APT\SCENERY\APT_VI18.bgl;9224 There is no entry for VHHX in BGLMapDef or IATACodes? I do think that there should be an entry in the IATACodes and that is why I am not getting VHHX to show up in the EFB! Is it possible for one of you to look in those 2 files if an entry for VHHX is in there or not please? Thanks for your help

I did scan but will rescan tonight see if it was just a burp from the first scan! I am using FlyTampa Kai Tak but I dont think it makes a diffrence right?

First off, amazing plane the 748i! I was doing a flight from RPLL to VHHX last night and when going to the EFB and entering VHHX I got; airport not in database! I know that Kai Tak has been closed since 1998 but Navigraph is still producing the Airac cycle with the Sid's and Stars for this airport. Is there a way to add the is airport to the EFB? Getting this error when installing PTAbsolute Natural set; ERROR applying custom tweak [Clouds directional lighting 3] : the desired block is not found Preset has been applied with errors. I have uninstalled and reinstalled EFB, but the error is still there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled SimConnect but still get the error. I have tested my network and all is working good, able to open create and delete files on both systems so my shared files are ok! Simconnect is working good since I use AS16 and I do not get disconnected. I know that Simconnect is only used to connect EFB to P3Dv3.4. If only running EFB Display on my Slave PC and only running the Provider on my Master PC they both connect but after a few minutes I get the error? I am at a loss to what I am suppose to do next to try and troubleshoot this error I am getting!!! Hello, I just started flying again, took a few months off for work. I installed the SP1c update for the T7 and from that point on I get this texture error when viewing from outside the plane! Does anyone have a solution for this small problem? Everythngelse works great when in the VC. PS. I do have the HIGHMEMFIX=1 in my FSX.cfg, also did the fix from the Operations Center and still get the error. Tried installing a new livery and got the same results.

Just updated my system specs, don't have the 980X. But yes I did have it running at 5.2GHz water cooled.

I'm running 2 EVGA GTX 590 Hydro 3GB Ram each in SLI mode and 1 EVGA GTX580 1.5GB of RAM borrowed from a friend to do some tests. I am getting better resuts using the GTX 580 then both my 590's. FPS and load time is better on the 580. From all the test I have done I have to agree with NGX, when looking at my GPU monitoring software, I have never noticed both GPU's on 1 of my 590 running, it always shows one of the 2 gpu's included on my card, since both my 590's are in SLI mode I can see all 4 GPU's running but only one is running at 35% while running FSX out of the 4. The 580 is showing between 45% to 70% usage of the GPU. So, to say that running 1 single card with Dual GPU's or 2 videocard's running a multitude of GPU's (4) in SLI mode or Crossfire gives you more FPS is wrong. You might of tweaked something else and noticed that your FPS are better after you installed a second card, but it is not due to having SLI or dual GPU's that you got that result. From my personal experience I would suggest to anyone who wants to change their videocard to seriously think of the EVGA GTX 580 with 3GB of ram, it is cheaper then the GTX 590 and you will get better results the running a GTX 590.

After playing around all week with Inspector settings, A few guys from the VA came up with these settings. Again if you do change your settings marked the old ones down, this way you can go back to your old settings if these dont work for you! We also have AA selected in FSX!!!

I have tried the FSX/FS9 registry Repair Tool but still cant get the update 1.2 installed! Says I need to have FS9 installed before running the update? Anyone know another way around this problem?ThxRichard Souaid

Install FSX SP2 and all should work great!
