I would like any good cabin crew announcement add-on for FS2004 which will work when recorded. I've already tried FsPassengers but that one cannot be played back once recorded so I didn't really like it.

So are there any other good quality cabin crew announcement add-ons and AI traffic sound add-ons for FS2004?

I brought FSX from Game on Thursday and I really like it however for some reason I cannot activate my game. Whenever I put the code in, it says it is invalid when it's clearly not because it's brand new out of the packet. Is the yellow sticker wrong or is the server down because I think it should work perfectly fine?

I have been trying to create a flightplan using my FMC but the SIDS and STARS won't show up whenever I try to do my Departure. This is really frustratiing as this does not allow me to do my flight. Is there anyway to get this?

I have installed PMDG 747-400 and it works fine but I'm really confused on how I'm supposed to increase the speed or altitude. Whenever I alter the switch it only decreases instead of increasing. For example if I want to increase from 200kts to 250kts whenever I alter or click on the switch it decreases but never increases. This happens with the altitude and the heading as well. Any way to fix it?

Okay guys I'll try those and it's harder with a keyboard to control speed :/

Every time you exit, fs saves your current situation in a flight called 'previous flight'. Simply open fs as usual, select this 'previous flight' and check the box that says 'make this the default flight' then restart fs. Now this and every subsequent session will start where you last ended.

 

Or as previously suggested just create your own preferred startup flight/location and save it - the key is that 'default flight' checkbox.

Whenever I load up FS2004 the airport is always set as Seattle Tacoma guessing that is default. Can I change that to London Heathrow or something because it's quite annoying always trying to change the airport before starting to fly. Also I fly in europe mostly and hardly ever in Seattle Tacoma.

After I land and bring reduce my speed to around 10-20kts I turn on the autothrottle to maintain my taxi speed. However whenever I turn it on, the speed gradually increases and keeps increasing without stopping at my wanted speed. Even if I have my speed set to 1knot, the autothrottle will make it increase. I have my autopilots off and my flaps retaracted. This happenes to all aircraft not only particular ones. Is there something I'm doing wrong whilst I'm taxiing to the gate because this never happens when I takeoff, it only happens after landing.

Is there anything I didn't do after landing?

I've tried lowering the display and other settings but still it is lagging quite a bit, I wondered could it be my FS9.cfg or anything else?

But the fact is that I don't have that much money to spend on a graphic card is there any other way to fix this? thanks Chuck_B

So are you saying no matter how I try to improve my frame rate it won't work because of my graphic card? Is there any simple solution for this because I don't really have money for changing graphic cards or computer. -_-

I've had this problem for quite a few months that everytime I'm on the ground, I have very bad frame rates which makes my computer lag so much. No matter what view it is for example like tower,spot and even cockpit views it lags. I tried uninstalling FS9 couple of times and even lowering the settings but no difference. My computer isn't very old either as I only brought it last year.

My computer is a

HP Pavilion

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

AMD Athlon II 215 Processor

3.0GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

I even tried softwares like GameBooster and cleaned my registry, defragged and done every other clean up sefferal times but no good.

Anyone experienced this problem or have any alternate or best solutions for this?

Nice softwares and programmes but some say you should only have one registry cleaner because I have CCleaner and it's one of the most recommended freeware registry cleaners but this don't make anny difference on my FS9 gameplay. Also I defrag my computer nearly every month with Disk Defragmenter so I don't see the point on installing Smart Defrag to be honest.Is there any other ways instead of using other softwares that close other programmes and installing softwares? Is there anything I can do to the FS9.cfg or settings on the display or something?Thanks

Is Gamebooster reliable because I'm afraid it might mess up my normal running programs and muck up my other programs

IU've got Sophos Anti-virus and it doesn't effect anything but I do have a PC Hardware Diagnostic Tools. However this doesn't run often it only scans my computer like every month or so, so I don't see the problem coming from these programs. If so what do you want me to do with it and happy new year to you too

My computer is aHP PavilionMicrosoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bitAMD Athlon II X2 2153.0GB RAMand my graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430I like having sceneries like UK2000 Heathrow and Gatwick and I have World of AI for my traffic.I have my FPS at unlimited and brought my traffic down to 15%.I've also got few sceneries but not loads so is there a way to make my FS2004 not to lag so much?Thanks
