    Find the correct panels in your panel.cfg (normally it's under [windowxx]), look for the window size value and if using 3 monitors, divide the first number by 3 and replace it. It would look like this: 0.600, 1.000 would have to be replaced by 0.200, 1.000 If using 4 monitors, divide by 4. Just try it.

    I don't know how to edit the zoom in the panel.cfg but have you taken a look at Ezdok? It's a nice tool to configure your camera views and to save them for every aircraft you have, including zoom corrections.

    I once parked quite darn close to the marshaller, almost touched his human nose with my aircraft nose Well it was his fault, he was still guiding me straight at him. Should've run him over...

    I have it running on triple screen (Nvidia surround) at 5980x1080p and having no issues. To everyone who has mouse flickering issues, open the panel.cfg of the aircraft and set the window size value under [window00] to 0.333 instead of 1.000 (Should be the right section, am at work at the moment so I can't check). At least that let the annoying mouse cursor disappear for me. EDIT: Sorry, exact value is 0.333, 1.000

    Hello Raz2214, I already have voxpop voices installed, they're ok but also sound quite strange at times, even disturbing. I don't want to pay for additional voices like ivona or cereproc etc, too expensive for my taste. Thanks for your help on the ATIS ^_^

    Love this addon but there are some things I'd like to ask: 1. How exactly do you request a temporary frequency change for listening to the destination ATIS? For example, when I'm tuned to Vienna Center, and I want to listen to Innsbruck ATIS, what would be the exact phraseology? 2. Where can I get additional voices that are actually working for free? While googling I found some TTS voices but after installing they don't appear in the voice selection menu and not even in MS text-to-speech properties.

    That was the culprit! Now it's working like it should. I had it set to max before once but somehow FSX didn't save the control settings. Thanks for your input!

    Hello Bryan, yes that's what I'm doing. I hold the button down and release it until I finished talking to ATC but the FO still acts on any phrase. Do I have to set the repeat slider of the joystick button to max or should it work without?

    Hello, having a small issue here. I am using FS2crew and VOXATC together and assigned the soft mute key to my PTT button on my yoke. Pressing it shows up the 'M' for a second in the FS2crew panel. But when I'm talking to VOX, the FO still picks up what I say. For example, today ATC told me to climb to flightlevel XXX, I then responded 'Climb to flightlevel XXX' etc and my FO thought I told him to 'set climb thrust'. I checked at least twice my button assignments and mic setup :unsure:

    How about you can select from what source you would like VOX to pull the weather from? Like PFPX does, you can select online, ASN, REX... I'm 100% sure this is possible.

    And still FSX would run like a hog with this chip since at least 4094 cores are not used :ph34r:

    Have you selected the correct audio output source (digital output) in the fmc? The first time I tried surround I forgot about that and engine sound came out of my 2 stereo speakers and the rear speakers of my 5.1 setup simultaneously.

    Enjoying it right now ^_^ did both tutorial flights (they are somewhat boring imo), vfr and ifr. I had to turn AI traffic down to 30% in VOX to maintain good fps but even at that setting there's more traffic than in FSX at 50% :blink: at OMDB every single gate is populated with AC lol

    Ran the indexer again and that seemed to do the trick, many thanks! Sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong forum, I thought it was more of an FSX issue.

    I am currently trying out the VoxATC demo. Thing is, it spawns default AI aircraft everywhere and this is eating a LOT of fps. I do have WOAI installed and already tried removing, renaming etc. the trafficAircraft.bgl but default AI still shows up. How do I get rid of it completely?

    Also interested in this if they can get it working. I am considering to buy this ATC addon mainly because I like to fly with fs2crew and voice controlled ATC would add quite much to it. From all that I've read, this is the only issue right now that is keeping me from buying it..

    Believe me, it is that much of a difference. Aerosoft ELLX, RWY24 at night I was unable to achieve satisfying performance with my FX, with the i7 i's a totally different story. Most of the time it is a 30-50% increase in fps but in some cases it is much more than that. Don't get me wrong, AMD cpu's are good, for some applications they are excellent and at times even better than Intel, like video rendering and other heavy processing that can benefit from it's 8 threads which FSX doesn't.

    I went from a FX8350 @ 4,5GHz to an i74770k @ 4,3GHz. At the most fps hungry airport in the 737NGX I went from 11fps to 25... (Also switched to a GTX770 gfx card but that shouldn't add too much to it) You can do the math

    Hello, me and my brother would like to do a few flights together over LAN. Problem is, we never see each others real airplane model, for example, when I'm using the Majestic Dash 8, he always sees the default beech kingair instead. We tried with installing WOAI aircraft with a dash 8 included but FSX never uses this model. Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Somehow I'm unable to download the patch. Entered the order number from JF and my email but it says "no records found". I'm 100% sure I entered everything correctly..

    Or you could google for an application called 'prio'. It is a process priority saver that works with task manager. Just install and set the affinity in task manager and next time you fire up FSX it will always use the cores you selected. Btw I'm also having problems with momentarily freezes but with all my aircraft (777, NGX, Dash 8). I guess the issue comes from new Nvidia drivers.

    Ok forget my post above. The issue was not the missing entry but the affinity setting for FSX in task manager was set to core 0 only... Strange things going on on my pc lately. That explains why my machine couldn't handle the aircraft + clouds

    I had some bad experiences with deleting the .cfg, every aircraft model was messed up after FSX renewed it so I had to completely reinstall everything lol. For now I hope my frames will stay where they are supposed to be thanks anyway for your input guys!
