Squawkbox wont allow me to see other aircraft . When I sign in and connect cant see anyone at the gate or in the air . The only way I can connect multiplayer is by doing it in fs nav. get the green dot of other aircraft but still cant see anyone HELP!!!!!

I can connect with squakbox it loads alright and then when I connect I cant see other aircraft . When I connect to squakbox multiplayer I can see in on the fs navigator as a green dot but cant see the plane when I am on the ground or in the air ? HELP!!!!!
