Hello, I have a weird problem. When I start simulator and choose 747-8i, there is a problem with gauges, yoke and engines. Only half screens is working (captain). Yoke cannot be moved (everytime I move it, it returns in default position). And engines are shut down. And last problem, some buttons are in ON position, some are in OFF position. I tried to reinstall system a few times, delete all profile datas and the problem is still there. But if I use the 737NGX, it works normally - yoke, gauges, engines, everything is running. Please, can you help me with the 7478i? Thank you, Karolina

I figured out what caused the problems. I made a fresh installation of FSX, deleted all files from the C:\Users folder related to FSX and reinstalled all of the addons. I always backup the Users folder before the Windows reinstallation and restore the backup after installation. It looks there was a mess in the FSX folders:)

doorstep: So I tried to uninstall all PMDG products and install only 744 and 748i (737 not installed) and tried to run it and nothing changed. All gauges goes black after about three seconds... and sound of engines goes silent too:(

doorstep: No, I didn't run it before 737 installation, I will try it in the morning. Zowen11: Yes, I am sure it worked before reinstallation. The fsx runs amazingly on Windows 8 x64, and 748 had been running amazingly for about two months too (much better than on Win 7 x64 - I was really amazed how good it runs on Win 8 x64 compared to Win 7). Until yesterdays reinstallation. All gauges are black and I cannot use the joystick - if I move it, the yoke shakes in a weird way. And yes, I use VC only, I use it everytime, I hate 2D:) You can watch my videos on my youtube channel (in my signature), the first is made on Win 7 and the second, newest, is made on Win 8.

I tried to uninstall 744, 748 and 737NG and install 744 and 748 first, but it did not help me. The 737NG works well, but 747 still has got the black screens:(

Hello, today I reinstalled Windows 8 and FSX, registered and installed the 744 and 748i, but suddenly the aircraft starts with all screens black. Everything was ok before the reinstallation. Please help :( P.S. The 737NG works perfectly, but 747 does not.

airlinejets: The best way would be if Captain Sim, PMDG and others could convert their models for X-Plane 10 :(

I like FSX because its flight and model realism. I like X-Plane 10 because of its overall amazing world, weather, light, graphics and smoothness. I need a company who will join these two aspects and make one amazing sim.

The only one new thing I can see is much more detailed runway and taxi textures extracted from Real Environment Extreme II :(

The content of beta video is a peace of junk. I can see the old ground textures transfered from FSX, I can see the f.....g stuttering, I can see the f.....g blurry textures. They took old Flight simulator and made an old looking "game" cutted to peaces. It is like new Modern warfare 3 - they only changed the story, but graphics, textures and engine is the same as the first modern warfare few years ago :sad:And I looked forward to it :(

Oh, I tried the tweaking tool, but it didnt help me :( I think I am bewitched :(

Hello, and what are the programs/settings from Bojote? Can you send me links for all of them? I would like to try them :rolleyes:I have computer in my signature, but I still have the same problems all the time - stuttering, low fps, blurries. I dont knowwhat other to do :(

Marniftarr:Hello, I am trying the EZDOK Camera, but I have a problem. I like the smoothing of mouse look and moving, but the software smooths everything I do with keyboard. For example F2 and F3 buttons what I use for decreasing and increasing thrust and it takes much longer time. It smoothes the keyboard yoke too - too much time to elevate or bank. Is it possible to turn it off? I have no joystick. :( :( Thank you
