  1. Good if you're keen to do it. It's a missing airport, for sure.
  2. Just made for their B737 landing and departing there...
  3. Or relase the parking brake in the meantime, while a hotfix comes in. I don't recommend modifying the base files of the sim. These issues have to be solved by Asobo itself.
  4. I have P3Dv4.5 installed on my gaming laptop and I'm considering to delete it completely. Since MSFS launch I should have fired up P3D three or four times. My best recommendation would be to move to MSFS even if it's still far from perfect.
  5. Happened to me twice with KSAN. Some sort of compatibility with SU6, for sure.
  6. Hi Gerard, I'll be updating the list once I try out other aircraft and flight situations in the following days. I'm not so optimistic that freeware scenery developers will continuously update their work, maybe only a few of them will do. After SU5 a significant amount of airport add-ons have been affected and even airports that were updated after SU5 are now affected again after SU6, more or less in the same way. These repetitive situations leads to disappointment for the developers. In addition to this, the MSFS SDK was also derailed after SU5 and hopefully the new version (v0.15.0.0) released yesterday will perform better and could resolve the most relevant issues. This has been extensively discussed at the MSFS developer forums. It's not matter of being pessimistic or optimistic, but I think that at this stage it's clear that MS/Asobo prefer the fanfare and frequent news and fancy updates to market this product instead of working hard in making this sim more stable and solid. One example of this, and this is just my opinion, is the upcoming "game of the year" edition, just shy of a month after SU6, so no time to "settle down". While all of this happens, most freeware developers will prefer to stay away, hopefully at least for a while. Stay and fly safe!.
  7. [IN PROGRESS] Several issues I've found during my first short tests with SU6 this morning and afterwards: - Bonanza G36 missing registrations - Missing buildings and different objects (like light poles) in some add-on airports compiled with previous SU5/SU4 - Handle bar issue still persists (stay on the screen for too long. It should disappear just after the mouse action) - Apparently no wind effects when using weather presets The positives: - Visual quality has improved with the addition of the LOD slider (even at the 200 setting it looks good enough) - Performance and loading times not affected by the increase on the Terrain LOD
  8. Hi Ryan, yes, that's right, but just in case you already now is your livery!, LOL
  9. So, you didn't re-installed Windows this time?.

  11. You're absolutely right. And to me, those servers issues are more noticeable now after the MSFS Xbox release end-July, when they added tons of new users to their existing connections. In my opinion, the substantial effect of those updates are minimal compared to the hassle that comes right after. I'm afraid they choose this way to market this product, which is wrong for us simmers, and maybe good for a different type of audience. Now, in less than one month, they'll be releasing fancy stuff like Reno races and other Asobo airports which at the end will get replaced by freeware from the Community or way better payware versions. I was yesterday morning at Frankurt EDDF (Asobo) and the quality of that "bespoke" airport is quite poor, to say the least.
  12. Maybe is not the Asobo's fault, but the smarty MS.
  13. It normally shows three entries (the last three, when it worked).
  14. Welcome to the MSFS SU's and WU's. And don't forget about having the same in November, just less than one month from now!
  15. There's always something to be worried about before each update.
  16. Does anyone know the size of the upcoming Hotfix #1 for SU6? 😆
  17. Or maybe changing their motherboards too...😅
  18. October 21st from the development roadmap (Thursday)
  19. It seems they're having trouble with their servers. They were down this past week for about one entire day.
  20. I'm satisfied with the FeelThere version too, but the downside is that seems to be a bit heavy on FPS, maybe because it's located on that congested area. It's also important to point out that the freeware KLGA is also heavy on frames and interferes with the payware NY bridges.
  21. The former Alitalia ops are now in the hands of the italian company ITA (Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A). ITA will continue using the Alitalia brand in all aircraft until the Alitalia name is sold in a public auction.
  22. MS Store. This is not really something new, anyway.
