  1. You can always depend on Aerosoft to go the 'extra mile' in airport design.
  2. You may find logging out of Xbox app and MS store app, rebooting and then logging back into the apps may help. That process certainly helps when stuck on the syncing screen.
  3. Hi Gerard, but do you get stutterng on the side monitors that are a little annoying?
  4. Blimey, what an enlightening thread! It seems like there are a number of 'elephants in the room' that aren't openly talked about, at least none that I have seen. There seem to be more problems with running FG than I first realised. I will have to rethink my future triple monitor plans by the sounds of things.
  5. Here ya go... http://www.vrinsightshop.com/shop/step1.php?number=101&ckattempt=1 BTW, I have the 737 version.
  6. Guys, I'm a little late to this thread, but thought it pertinent to write a post. This past week I have had an issue with none of the buttons working on my yoke. I contacted Chris at Fulcrum and he replied within 48 hours. I sent the yoke and he received the unit the day after despatch and emailed me on receipt. He knows what the issue is, said he'll repair it and return the following week. I have 100% faith in the guy and his company. Due to no fault of his own, he has had some enormous bad luck with suppliers and sourcing items, not to mention the stress this has put on a guy with a young family. He's working hard at getting things back together. I would suggest that those who are a little less tolerant and those who shout scam, that they reel things in a little. I know it's disappointing for some, but all I can say, is that in my experience Chris has provided me first class after sales service and support. Let's get behind him.
  7. Saying 30 dollars is cheap is purely subjective, it's cheap if you can afford it and have the money, it's not cheap for those who may have limited income.
  8. Hi Ray, FYI, Chris has reached out and I am returning my yoke to him for repair. Thumbs up for Chris and FulcrumSim!
  9. Hi Sergey, today I visited a friend who followed your suggestion and we tested the wire continuity throughout the yoke handle and shaft down to the main board, which was fine, but sadly the buttons still don't work. It would seem to be one of the boards, as suggested. I'm at a loss to know where to go now with this. Chris has not replied to my two emails that I sent since Friday. If I could find the two replacement boards, I could fit them myself. Sadly I have zero knowledge of electronics. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
  10. I am in a difficult situation. As someone who has posted only positive things about Chris at FulcrumSim, I have to report being somewhat disappointed. After sending two emails and not receiving a reply over four days, I have on my hands a yoke where the switches/buttons no longer work. As someone who has zero electronics experience, I was hoping I would receive some kind of support. I'm now considering my options.
  11. Hiya, I've just checked and can confirm that no, I didn't receive an email from Chris. Is it still: enquiries@fulcrumsim.com ?
  12. Thanks Sergey. I will have to get a mate who is electronics savvy to help Will follow your suggestion, cheers.
  13. Ah, I really appreciate your help Sergey, thanks. I did check the connector inside the handle, but I couldn't see anything untoward. I'll take another look. Cheers.
  14. Cheers Bob. I have emailed Chris, so will wait to see what the outcome will be. Hiya, no, not that I remember. I have sent him an email (enquiries@fulcrumsim.com) I hope that is the correct email? Thanks for the help.
  15. I'm hoping someone can offer some help with my dilemma. For some reason, that I have been unable to work out, all the buttons and switches on my yoke no longer work. The only one that works to some description is the push toggle switch on the right, but for some reason it no longer works as originally assigned, but has replaced another assignment to another button on the left which changes views! It's virtually unusable. At first I thought it may be software issue, so I have checked the functioning in the windows joystick panel only to show that the all axis work, but none of the buttons. This has been confirmed when doing a similar test on another computer too. I have removed the yoke handle and reconnected to confirm a good connection. I have tried another USB cable, only to get similar results. As someone who is not electronics savvy, I'm getting anxious as how to proceed, as it seems Fulcrumsim is no longer trading (?) I love the unit and am desparate to get it fixed. I need to add, that I have taken a close look inside the unit and the yoke shaft etc, to not see any loose wiring or similar. If someone could offer some advice I would be very grateful. Cheers.
  16. Blimey Mike, that's outrageous. You really should real in the insults and offensive language. A good job you don't live in Scotland, otherwise you'd be getting a visit from the thought police!
  17. Oddly, only today did I experience an issue, which I have hardly ever experienced in the past. For some reason, when I began to steer the aircraft and use the throttle after start up, nothing happened. When I went into FSUIPC I found that the assignments page was non existent! I had to come out of the sim and then restart the flight. A lot of faff, but it worked. Unsure what went on, but I will update shortly in the hope this issue doesn't rear it's head again.
  18. It's a trend. I find Orbx a 'sell out' to it's once loyal customer base. Originally created by John Venema, their sceneries were beautifully crafted by a small, hand picked group of enthusiastic individuals. Now, like many other things in today's society, it always seem to be about profit above quality. As has been pointed out, Orbx is now simply a reseller of addons, which is fine, but from where I sit, if a business is going to go down that route then they should lay down a set of quality control parameters that developers should have to adhere to when developing their addons. I recently bought a scenery which was a version 2 of an Italian airport and it was advertised as having 4K textures for the terminal... well, there was no way in a million years that the textures were anything close to what I know of as 4K! I asked for a full refund literally within minutes of loading the scenery. I have backed off from buying sceneries from Orbx for that reason. I want to be able to buy a scenery which has a reputable brand associated with it, knowing that when my money leaves my bank account, I am not going to see it as a waste of money.
  19. Ha ha, I should have realised after reading the OTT marketing blurb.... where every pixel is a symphony and every moment is an epic masterpiece Ha ha, nice one fellas!
  20. Hi Chris, I have just checked and I can confirm that yes, there is a double set of threshold arrows on 06L.
