  1. Check if you have any FS9 flight plan files conflicting with your FSX flightplan files.
  2. Thanks for sharing this. Glad they made it down safe as well :)
  3. Perhaps FLIGHT will be designed to work on Windows 8?
  4. Me too! I like it so much. It has features that I like, and have gotten so used to it that it's necessary :( Opera is my browser, and pretty much for the whole home now.Clem
  5. Yes. I had to choose WOAI for this. I like everything about it (I haven't tried payware AI) as its is FPS friendly and have a range of airlines to choose from. All these are in with a easy to use installer. The only thing that I don't like is the use of FS9 flightplans, but this makes it compatible with FS9. I like my GA traffic (which uses FSX flightplans) so I have to convert them. This is just my choice hahas :D Clem
  6. Congratulations Stephen! I hope you all the best :)Cheers,Clem
  7. Yes, that is true, as you can see from Julian's picture. It is a step further from their usual!Clem
  8. I've just installed mine and it looks quite nice. Like most UK2000 products, the scenery doesn't go much further than the airport boundary. Otherwise, I quite like this airport, very nicely made.Cheers,Clem
  9. Hello Ben,I would highly recommend 'Marks Final' as that was specially designed to bring out the most of REX, as well as quite a few shadows. This is a good preset to try out as a first.Cheers,Clem, Shade Beta Tester
  10. This is horrible news! I hope you get back up as soon as you can. Clem
  11. I have written a new manual for Shade if anybody has problems. You can find it here - http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/topic/10353-clems-tweaked-shade-userguide/ . Cheers,Clem, Shade Beta Tester.
  12. Guitarman from the REX forums is handling the verifications. All you need to do is to sign up for a forum account, add your order number to your signature and make a post here - http://www.realenvironmentxtreme.com/forums/index.php?/topic/15044-re-verification/ . I have been notified that you will NOT get Essential unless you submit a verification post with the proper information.Cheers,Clem
  13. I think this looks pretty neat. It's suspenseful, bush flying :DJust as a heads up, I don't think its available in Australia. I get a voice say, 'This content...is currently...unavailable' :DHere is the website - http://www.cbc.ca/arcticair/index.htmlCheers,Clem
  14. And plus, you can easily turn it off by Shft+12, and then toggle it back on again with the same keys.Cheers,Clem
  15. Very nice video. Thanks for sharing!Cheers,Clem
  16. All you need is your order number in your signature I believe. Cheers,Clem
  17. Shade and ENB are fully compatible, as said in previous posts, do different things. Shade stands for 'Shadow Enhancement' and that is what it does. Shade is a small 3 part program which will allow you to modify colours and tones for the 3D shadow and lighting elements. ENB from what I believe alters the light bloom, which is totally different from what Shade does.If you want to read more, I highly recommend you to read my tweaked Shade manual here - http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/topic/10353-clems-tweaked-shade-userguide/Cheers,Clem, Shade Beta Tester.
  18. No problems! Always glad to help. I think you will see some of your old textures' names in the dropdown selection when you are choosing your ocean textures. You should be able to remove these manually as there is an XML called oceantextures in your main REX folder, just edit it removing each of the texture selections :( . Always back up first before changing anything!Cheers,Clem
  19. Hello,I have owned two of these products:Piper J-3 Cub : So far, has been my favourite aircraft since I got it! It is a load of fun, with Heidi, its hand starting, and all the realistic awesomeness it contains. There are so many things you can do such as in air starting, standing on your main wheels, landing your tundra tyres on water...and the list goes on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Boeing 377 Stratocruiser + Captain of the Ship : This aircraft is quite nice if you like the old airliners. You have your crew, who can help you do all these things that need to be done in such a complicated aircraft! Again, there are the features that A2A amazingly include, such as if you don't have your defroster on at altitude, you will get your windows fogging up! And, realistic engine starting etc.I have written reviews on both these aircraft and I will happily provide them to you (links to the PDFs) if you want via Personal Messaging.Cheers,Clem
  20. Hello, Did you have custom water textures saved before the OD install? Because this is the cause of the problem. Let's say you can't save your OCEAN water textures. Go to your REX directory /Images/Ocean and delete all except 01, as this is included as a default texture. Be sure to backup just incase something happens. Notice that you will lose your custom texture and will have to create it again, as this is your only way around that problem.Cheers,Clem
  21. 2005 :D When I discovered FS2004 in my friend's house. Then I found FSX, not long later :( Cheers,Clem
  22. I have to say my trusty A2A Cub with Accu-Sim. Low and Slow!Cheers,Clem
  23. Yes, I would suggest PNW as well. They have a demo on their website.Cheers,Clem
