  2. It is a true. X-plane & P3D are not closer to reality, than MSFS. So X-plane, P3D, MSFS... can be a game or a simulator, depends on what user wants and how using it.
  3. Easy solution for you. In web browser Google Chrome open new private tab, by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+N" or in Mozilla Firefox by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+P". Then in private tab open web https://www.flightsimulator.com/ and log-in. That`s all :-)
  4. ATC must be implemented, because there is a IFR flying mode. As IFR flying without ATC is not possible, so wait for IFR discovery episode 😉

  6. MSFS server do not stream video to user's PC. It works a completely differential from Netflix video services. MSFS sever sending only a scenery data to user's PC, not a video! For maximum quality of scenery (including 4K resolution) it only needs around 10Mbps stream.
  7. For me works with Microsoft Edge or with Mozilla Firefox in private window: start Firefox normally, then press "Ctrl+Shift+P". Try it 🙂 Now tested with private tab in mobile Google Chrome (android smartphone) and works too!
  8. I am sure that is not true. Making one physical BR Disc Will produce much more carbon, than transferring same data via internet, even a thousand times 🙂 So streaming is much more nature friendly, than buying a physical disc with data 😉
  9. Photogrametry needs PHOTOS, not a lidar data. It is not possible generate a 3D model of buildings without photos of every side, because it needs a textures. So again, photogrametry cities are not product of sattelites, but planes. Plane flying around and over the city, takes high number of shots from diferrent directions and then a special software make a 3D model of the city.
  10. Sorry, that's your next big mistake 🙂 Satelite data are not a photogrametry!!! It is only a orthophoto. Photogrametry needs taking photos at much lower heights, than space orbit. It always needs taking data by plane the flying not too high and every point on the ground must be taken from a few different angles and directions. Therefore, only about 400 cities have been processed for now.
  11. Yes, but usable only in expensive addons and not on whole planet. This Is absolutely not comparable with MSFS's world in one package.
  12. Sorry, again wrong... Not only photogrametry, you forget detailed ortho + accurate autogen on whole planet, like no other sim! And now with snow and probably all seasons.
  13. Photogrametry trees are good, but do not forget, that photogrametry will cover only a very small percentage of the earth's surface (only about 400 cities and some other locations for start). So almost everywhere will be only autogen trees and buildings. But I believe, that Asobo can easily adjust size and types of autogen trees to close to reality, not a big problem 🙂
  14. A little question for you, even if it were true, that Xbox version will be a same as PC version, is it any problem with this? 🙂 I thik it is not any problem, if it will work as presented. But you still ignore clear fact, that developers make MSFS for PC, not for Xbox. You're not going to help the X-plane users with ignoring known facts about MSFS, it is only trolling. Very simply and not too clever trolling 😉
  15. And what??? It still does not mean, there must be a same settings, limitations and functions on PC as Xbox version. It is not even possible due to variability of PC's hardware. But if the developers optimize MSFS for full function and graphical settings like a published videos and screensthots with Xbox's hardware, this it will be a very good news also for PC users. So they do not need buy a new very powerfull and expensive PC, like for X-plane od P3D 😄
  16. It does not mean, that must be completely identical. The consoles will never have such hardware, as high range PC. Because of the console's price they will have only at most a mid range hardware. For Xbox there will be fixed limit of gpraphic settings, attachable accessories etc. and for PC limitations will be unlocked. Is it identical or not? 😉
  17. Sorry, but you don't know what you're talking about... This is definitely not true. Games for Xbox are never the same as for PC (only except games designed originally for Xbox and then ported for PC) and the Gamepass doesn't change that. The consoles games must have fixed limited graphic settings for guaranted fps in every situation with mid range hardware. PC version do not need this fixed limits and allow better settings for better hardware. MSFS2020 is designed originally for PC, not Xbox. The Xbox version will be created later and will be limited to the hardware capabilities of the new consoles, like most other games ported to consoles.
  18. Only view and position of aircraft will correspond, nothing more. Still only poor "one point" flight dynamic and very poor weather simulation. Real world weather i P3D is much weaker than in FS2020 will be and not correspond. Simply a bad idea 🙂
  19. It is not the problem of the simulator developers (ASOBO/MS), but of the hardware manufacturer. FSUIPC was necessary, because the older version of FS do not have an official API for input/output advanced Aircraft control and every aspect of simulation, expect basic flight controller. So third party developers make FSUIPC, which have a non-standard acces to memory used by FS and can online read or change much more parameters of aircraft and simulation during flight. Actual version od FSUIPC certainly will not work with FS2020. But the developers of FS2020 clearly present, that it will be avaiable official detailed API with every I/O for control very advanced aircraft in simulator. So FSUIPC or similar non-standard interace will not be needed anymore, but hardware makers must release a minor software update to redirect I/O data to official API FS2020 instead of FSUIPC. Or maybe FSUIPC's creator can it too.
  20. I think, it is not a good idea. You got MSFS visual, but weather, aerodynamic and aircraft flying still will be poor, like on P3D and will not correspond what you see.
  21. No new information = there is nothing to talk about 🙂 It is normal, nothink unusual. You must wait like every other for new information.
  22. This will be a big mistake from you 🙂 OLD planes will not be able use a new flight dynamic FS2020. Planes designed for FSX, even the best commercial VFR models, could not be comparable with planes designed for new flight dynamic FS2020 due a strong restriction with only one simulation point (FSX dynamic) vs. 1000 points per plane (FS2020 dynamics). Will not so good experience with old model in new simulator, like a new models in a new simulator 🙂 I think there will be a new good models shortly after FS2020 officialy launched.
