I was raised around aircraft as a child. My grandfather worked at Lockheed as a landing gear engineer for the L-1011 and I lived a mile from the Burbank (Bob Hope) airport where I would walk too just to watch the planes land. At 13 I started to fly with my grandfather and a friend who was an instructor, the stories I could tell.
