  1. Terrific shots, buddy and a very Happy New Year to you too 🍾🍾
  2. I thought Iβ€˜d escape from the cold and rainy weather here in Germany and head for something more pleasant. My trip with the nice Mitsubishi Mu-2 brings me from Sint Maarten to Saba. Nice, relaxing view from up here Thanks for viewing
  3. Lovely trip, P_7878. For me the best plane to enjoy the English countryside would be the Spitfire. πŸ™‚
  4. Cool shots., Andy. I had to buy it too and did the same you did, meaning: jump in, start from any runway, engines running and go for a quick spin. What's a manual? πŸ˜„ For any serious pilot here on Avsim, we may be the Simflight hooligans. πŸ˜„
  5. Very nice flight, P_7878! I also like that paint job on your TBM πŸ™‚
  6. Thank you all very much for commenting!! I fully agree, my dad studied law in Berlin from 1931 to 1934. He always said that these were some of the best years he had in his life πŸ™‚ The add-on linker was one of the best creations for MSFS I think so too. The other day I did a 1935 French mail flight from Spain into Morocco and then down the Atlantic coast, city hopping, so to speak. Just awesome!
  7. Luckily we don’t have to live in the 1930s in Berlin, but it is nice to fly around in this era, when the surroundings have been adjusted accordingly, meaning no high-rises or tall TV towers, when there weren’t any in the 1930s Thanks for viewing. I wish all of my friends here on Avsim a Merry Christmas and a hopefully peaceful and prosperous New Year.
  8. Lovely shots, P_7878 !! And those liveries are truly unique.
  9. That was a superb trip, P_7878, thanks for taking us along!!
  10. Great trip Andy. I bought the ORBX mesh too and am happy with it.
  11. Some very nice shots here from good old FS9 !!
  12. Great trip Ryan, thanks for taking us along. But why the, as you say: "lowly Mustang". As we all here know, you are also the proud owner of a very presentable Cessna Longitude. πŸ˜„πŸ˜„
  13. Mighty fine shots, Andy. I grabbed the 717 yesterday, at this price you can't complain, hahaha. Whie looking at your picture showing the view from a business class seat, the ultimate would be, you can press a virtual call button above you and ask the flight attendant for a glass of real world bubbly πŸ˜„πŸ˜„
  14. Fantastic shots, Jan !!
  15. Thanks a lot my friends and a Merry Christmas to all of you here on Avsim !
  16. Thanks a lot for commenting PM, Gerold, Urgent and Will !!
  17. Excellent stuff, Darryl. My favorite screenies are the last ones πŸ™‚
  18. Super cool !!
  19. I can only repeat what my fellow simmers have said already: nice to see you back posting, Will !! As always, fantastic shots. And no tail strike πŸ˜„
  20. Great shots buddy with very nice light effects!
  21. Hey, you are cheating, P_7878, you took the wrong plane! This is DC-3 territory πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ Mighty fine screenies though, my friend!!
  22. How do you confront pirates? The best way is with a ship that was used against piracy, not in the South Sea though, but partly in the North Sea. Its name: Wappen von Hamburg. She was commissioned by the Hamburg Admiralty and the merchant community in 1668 and was tasked with escorting convoys of ships to Hamburg's overseas trading partners and protecting them from enemy attacks or raids by corsairs or pirates. After eleven successful convoy voyages, the ship was the victim of an on-board fire and exploded in the port of CΓ‘diz, Spain, in 1683. As so often with these somewhat unusual objects, it was developed many years ago for FSX, I ported it for my own use to MSFS The FSX origin is clearly visible With a steady 12 knots I can get away from my pursuer Hmmh...not a soul on board. Was it perhaps the plague? Or maybe just the alcohol My God, what a graveyard of ships Okay, you may be bigger, but I have cannons on board. So you'd better get out of this area, because you're a nuisance here πŸ˜„ In we go into the lagoon The scenery with pirate ships at various islands around the world is available from flightsim.to Thanks for viewing
  23. Many thanks my friends ! Nope, we have here around 7 to 10 degrees Celsius, Darryl πŸ™‚
  24. Fantastic shots, Filou !! And I just love your title πŸ™‚
