  1. Many thanks Johnny and Patrick for your comments!
  2. Thanks my friends for commenting ! Hahaha, absolutely.
  3. Sorry, small mistake on my side, I forgot to delete the default Milford Sound scenery. Now the area around the waterfall looks great:
  4. Hi Andy, I definitely agree, the ORBX mesh causes severe issues with this add-on. I also haven’t seen any noteworthy improvement, when it is installed, over vanilla MSFS NZ. Except for one, I don’t have any issues with this add-on though. When you look at the first picture, you can see some floating rock formation near the water fall. Coming to the mountain tops, do you think they look less round than on your shots? Here are my settings. I have an AMD card and haven’t done anything with it, when it comes to finetuning
  5. Superb shots of this interesting scenery Johnny !!
  6. Very nice screenies, buddy !
  7. Great shots, Darryl !
  8. Above Lake Rotoroa Near Lake Brunner On the lower left side one can spot part of Lake Tasman Along the Tasman River into Mt. Cook NZMC Thanks for viewing
  9. Many thanks, P_7878. I have been only once to the South Island but a couple of times to its Northern sibling 😊
  10. You are not alone Michael, it happened and still happens to me too. A 540MB add-on was supposed to take 25 minutes to download and I have a 500MB/sec download connection. Downloading 2.5 GB documentaries from the German ARD Mediathek takes less than 30 seconds. But anything from flightsim.to takes an eternity. Maybe we are both too old 😀😊
  11. Excellent shots and nice liveries as always, Jan !!
  12. Fantastic shots, buddy, although the Connie only started taking to the air in 1943. I have the whole series of these airports and I just love flying around these airports with a vintage plane 🙂
  13. Many thanks for commenting Jan and Ryan !! And Wing Z, your video is superb!! Thanks for uploading it here. For some strange reasons, you have less trees than I have in my scenery at the end of the strip.
  14. That looks very nice indeed. I have to get that one too 🙂
  15. Thank you all for your kind comments, my friends !! Absolutely! I also like the Mt. Cook airport a lot. Here is a link to the Bridge Valley airstrip. There are more similar places on the .to site: https://flightsim.to/file/59971/bridge-valley-airstrip-nelson-new-zealand-rural-airfield Hahaha, you are right. That strip doesn't deserve that 😄
  16. Great screenies, buddy. I also like #5 best 🙂
  17. It’s very peaceful and quiet here in rural New Zealand near the northern shores of the South Island. Altocumulus clouds and a few birds greet us and remind us that we have a task ahead. We need to fly our trusted PAC 750 to Nelson for maintenance. Lots of cows around here. Don’t step into anything suspicious or you won’t be allowed to get on the plane And here is our little beauty Time to leave. The runway is darn short and I’m not a huge fan of those tall trees at the end of it. I don’t think we’ll be able to clear them, so we need to find a way to fly through that space between them. What did a friend of mine once said, when we talked about this strip called Bridge Valley (NZBV): This airstrip offers an exhilarating challenge that will push the boundaries of your flying skills. The runway's dramatic gradient demands unwavering precision during takeoffs and landings, while the imposing trees framing both extremities of the airstrip necessitate calculated maneuvers and a steady nerve. Oh well… 63 knots and we are airborne. It’s going to be tight !!! I think I heard some birds screaming, but we made it. And yes, we had light contact with the trees on both wings Nelson is ahead of us The airport, peace of cake after Bridge Valley I think I need some maintenance too, liquid maintenance Thanks for viewing
  18. Many thanks to you for commenting !! Indeed, she looks so much out of place there, that she might blend in again 😄 I remember that too. I think, there were two versions for FSX, I can't remember which one, but one of them was a real handful to operate properly.
  19. Very nice, buddy. But he didn't give him the finger 😄😄
  20. That looks like a great place.
  21. The Tu-154 was ported over from FSX Thanks for viewing.
