  1. Fantastic shots, buddy !!
  2. Very interesting !!
  3. I start my flight to Maun from Bitterwasser, which is a (gliding) airfield on the edge of the Kalahari region and located about 170 kilometers southeast of Windhoek. The gliding center is considered to be among the best in the world. Numerous world records have been set here due to the good thermal conditions. My accommodation is one of these rondavels. But on closer inspection I would prefer a standard room in the nearby lodge Passing Lake Ngami I decide to leave my planned route, swing north and have a first look at part of the Okavango Delta, before I turn south again for Maun In a few days I will pay the Okavango Delta a longer visit. Thanks for viewing
  4. Very nice flight, Jack !!
  5. My point exactly, Andy. I got it in one of their sales in 2021 for €10 😉 No Gerold, I haven't seen it in real yet, but I think those liveries should be out already at the .to site, if I'm not mistaken.
  6. Thanks a lot, Will !
  7. Very nice indeed!
  8. Cool. I remember I had them too, for FS9 and FSX, really made a big difference 🙂
  9. Thank you all for your kind comments Johnny, Efis, PM and John ! That's right, I used fast forward and that's the CS767 🙂 Hahaha, yeah, first time actually. I had this plane for such a long time in my hangar, collecting dust. A few days ago I saw on YT a video, where someone was quite happy with it (considering the price it costs), so I thought I have that plane too, so let's give it a try. Of course it is miles away from PMDG, no question about it. But I have to admit, I enjoyed flying it, so I might do it again, now that I know what to expect from this plane and what not. 🙂
  10. That looks fantastic, Jack !!
  11. We take off from Duesseldorf and after a flight that lasts a little over nine hours, we arrive in the evening in Windhoek. We have just crossed Lake Constance Over the Alps north of Lugano We reach the Mediterranean cost near the city of Genoa The Adrar Bou Naceur mountain is directly in front of the plane’s nose: It’s located in the Middle Atlas mountain range in Morocco and is 3,340 meters (10,960 ft) high The West Sahara is completely cloudless Over the Republic of Congo the landscape changes completely And changes again once we have reached the northern part of Namibia Fly me to the moon 🙂 Long final over Windhoek Thanks for viewing.
  12. Hallo buddy,

    Alles Gute,

    Bernd

  13. two superb pics of an icon !
  14. Many thanks for commenting, Andy, John, Jack, Will, EFIS and PM !! To be honest, I didn't expect it to turm out that nicely after I had finished this little conversion project from FS9 to MSFS 🙂🙂
  15. Simply fantastic !!
  16. I first ported this FS9 plane to FSX, so I could add a VC, then I ported it over to MSFS, and here is this vintage beauty now. It has been sitting far too long in my virtual hangar, collecting dust 🙂 Thanks for viewing
  17. Yeah, I think so too 🙂
  18. Many thanks Will, John, Gerold, Darryl, Frank and PM for your kind comments!
  19. Like you Gerold, I have taken this flight many times. It all depends on what route you are advised to use. Depending on the political situation it can take up to 15 hours (happened to me twice. Luckily the bubbly in first class didn't run out😄)
  20. +1 🙂
  21. Excellent shots Ryan and they are the perfect answer to your initial question 🙂
