With the coming of MSFS 2024, I decided that the best plan for me would be to put it and all if it's associated folders on a designated SSD. I was wondering though if anyone is using or has used an external (USB) hard drive for flight sim 2020 or 2024? Does it work well, or is an internal drive the better way to go?

Their screenshots look great, but after the whole business with REX Weather force and Active Sky I feel like I'm done chasing after weather programs until after FS2024 comes out. I'll reassess after I've tried the default 2024 weather.

I'll wait to hear how Asobo's servers are handling the crowd rushing to purchase on day 1 before I attempt to buy online - I may not be a day 1 purchaser, but definitely will be a week 1 buyer.

I'm near Calgary Alberta - had 3 or 4 pop ups about this before my flight even loaded... definitely frustrating

Not that I've found yet. All of my a/c are either equipped with Garmin or steam gauges

I really like where BATC is heading, but am having one issue that I'm hoping somebody here has already seen/fixed. BTW, I haven't turned a prop in about 4 days so I may be missing an update or two... Have any of you GA fliers noticed a problem with BATC not getting your registration correct. I normally fly as C-GTSM, and BATC (so far) insists on trying to convert it to an airline callsign like Tansvir SM or something like that - always an airline name/VA name followed correctly by SM. Just wondering if I've missed a setting Thanks in advance!
