    I am also trying to register with the support site but every time I receive an e-mail to authorise, it comes up 'unable to connect' and ' the link is not a valid host name'. I have tried requesting a new link about 6 times but to no avail. I have paid my $4.95 for the extended download but can't access it! Extremely frustrating! What am I doing wrong. Eric Nowak
