I like the monthly subscription - never bought anything from navigraph before and the monthly subscription is much easier to swallow than the price of an addon upfront for charts and data for a year. I like the flexibility of the monthly subscription for up-to-date data, heck I pay netflix, Sky television, broadband all monthly so why not this too...

Nah its a monthly subscription, very normal model nowadays with the rise of Netflix et al. Good value for the amount of charts and FMS data at the same time every month, always hated being restricted to certain airports with their old model.

I agree, LIDO charts are the gold standard for most airlines now, so they aren't free... rather expensive actually. But the subscription of just 7.50 a month with full charts and fms data is pretty fantastic!

Ah thought you meant HDR in game, sorry! bit of a skim reading moment... yeah DSR doesnt work with surround atm if you check nvidia forums they say its in the future plan but no eta.

It does... I use a resolution of 5980 x 1080 with 3 24" monitors nvidia surround and very happy with DSR & performance

Shame there hasn't been any update on this considering it was a newly released addon for P3D, would have expected the same as every other P3D aircraft including their 777. Jonathon Ryans

Having worked at the BBC for numerous years, hot headedness is part of day to day television work unfortunately - this is a tiny thing that has been blown right out of proportion. I have a sneaky sense this is linked in with the beebs new cuts culture thanks to the lordship Tony Hall... Ah well Netflix, Sky or ITV shall soon be picking them up The BBC's recent track history is a bit of a joke (roll on the royal charter review...) It's almost like we're in the same industry, one punch is nothing... People need to move on, the producers themselves and production team thought it was nothing! It was Danny the head of television who suspended Jeremy because Danny is an absolute prat for less of a better word. This whole thing has went way out of proportion.

Was hoping someone from PMDG would be able to advise on this as it's one of the benefits of P3D and utilised with the 777 so would have thought when buying the 737NGX for P3D that it would work? Jonathon Ryans

Hi Guys, Quick Q: with the 777 you can have sound remains on task switch as with p3d so when program loses focus you still have all the sounds etc. The 737 doesn't seem to have this so when the program isn't in focus I only have engine noises etc not cockpit noises? Thanks Jonathon Ryana

Yeah just original gold Fsx version and yep emergencies is working for me tried an engine out after v1 to try and all seems to be working fine big relief !

I got it working James, all I did was uninstall old NGX then install new NGX Installer Then just run the FS2Crew Installer (in my case emergency ngx). Once complete ran the FS2Crew icon which came up a warning about requiring 1C SP, I clicked ok then the enable voice button, closed it and then launched FSX and all is working fine

Yeah I will be getting Reboot but FS2Crew for NGX how long for an update to work with the NG? I've purchased both FS2Crew & Emergency and looking forward to having these working again... Jonathon Ryans

Yes Stackhash 0a93 error here too and after uninstalling and re-installing and testing one by one I can hands down confirm Addon Manager is the cause for me at least. It is only when installing ANY FSDT product which obviously requires Addon manager that I am having this...

I'd also like to add to this that i was receiving CTD's in P3D 2.5 with Addon Manager and uninstalled it and now no crashes... Wasn't even flying with FSDT scenery or using GSX at the time, just crashed at any airports, scenarios etc.

Wow, so many sets now! Is there any way for a discount if you bought say a 737 and 777 throttle or combinations etc Just being cheeky before pay day Unfortunately wasn't able to pick up this a few weeks ago as originally planned because of a particular popular 777 release for P3D... Jonathon Ryans

Hi Folks, Finally decided to make the switch to PREPAR3D from FSX, albeit will run both alongside for a bit for my own sanity after the amount of work put into my FSX I'm not 100000% ready to pull the plug yet. However lets see if I can dip my toes into P3D and see if I get pulled in.... what's the current thinking/ recommendation for running both alongside in re: ORBX, Active Sky, REX etc. Also what's the best current tweak/ config/ nvidia settings that someone can point me towards (I'm on an i5 2500k overclocked to 4.7 & GTX970) Cheers Guys !

I've linked the module or whatever to GSX it seems that only when I open GSX then that process runs, this is in the FSX old edition gold box version, weird hrmm.

Looking good - quick question: I currently have the CH Throttle but changing to Saitek in the summer - do you think its possible to use the CH levers with saitek or vice versa? Noticed from your site the sizes are similar with saitek being slightly longer? So would you recommend I buy saitek as it'll fit the CH but maybe put a bit of padding in the hole so then later when I upgrade? Thanks in advance, as soon as I get your advice I'll be sticking an order in for the 777 levers. Jonathon Ryans

I've just upgraded to a GTX970 4GB as with FSX DX10 Fixer I was peaking 1.4 with 3 monitors, really on 1 monitor I think it'd be hard to push it at a 1080 resolution but any higher probably better if you have the budget to go for 4. Jonathon
