    Now that AMD have announced their new GPUs, which tech is better, gsync or freesync (specifically for MSFS 2020). Or are both good? I ask because the Samsung Q80T only has Freesync, while the LG CX has both.

    The Samsung Q80? I am considering that but it seems to have worse blooming and worse blacks than the LG OLED. This to me would cause the stars and night lighting to look rubbish. What do you think?

    Looking to get three 70"+ TV for my flight simulator playing MSFS 2020. The Q80T is cheaper but does not have gsync (however if I get the new AMD GPUs released soon that might not be an issue). The blacks, viewing angle are better on the LG but whether is worth double the price?     Saw some benchmarks, MSFS ultra in 8K about 20 fps.

    It's on my 1 Gbps connection, so I know it's not me. Must be Microsoft? It's very annoying, if Microsoft cant run their servers well, this game is dead.

    Great idea, unfortunately I don't have room to have my 75" screens all in a line!

    been working perfect since launch, but this weekend suddenly the scenery is slow to load. Taxiing around an airport, it's all blurry, then pops in eventually. No settings have changed. Maybe their servers are overloaded?

    Lots of talk but no reviews is all I see in this thread. As many people have already said, I need live weather because when flying on vatsim, it's stupid that their metars is different from in-sim.

    Interesting, looks like the AMD cards perform badly compared to the Nvidia ones.

    I disagree. 30-40 fps is good. I reckon with 4k at high settings it would be 30 fps then, fine for flying airlines.

    It might make a lot of sense for me. I have 3 4K screens, so running a 3090 should drive them all.

    Unfortunately according to a reviewer, running 8K gave 19 fps on the 3090. Sorry I cant remember the source. Shame as it's the only AAA title that's lagging behind the others.

    Can anyone confirm if a networked install works? Some people say simconnect over a network works, some people say it doesn't.

    still no simconnect network support or no instrument views.

    Obviously comparing with same hardware and settings. I have a 3900X with a 2080 Super and 24GB RAM. Benchmarkers are getting around 50fps in 1080p high preset. I am only getting 20 fps.

    I hope a 3080TI comes out that has between 10-24GB VRAM.
