two days ago I bought the PMDG747-400X at www.precisionmanuals.com.
I haven't had an account there at that moment. I paid the product with the PayPal account of my dad. To download the PMDG 747 i made a new account with my email adress.
Unfortunately, I always get messages like ''Your request ID is incorrect'' or ''You do not have proper permissions to view this order'' when trying to download the 747.
I hope you'll answer soon. I am just so disappointed of not being able to download it.
