hi all, So, i recently saw in the a320 the hoppie acars thingy. I remember seeing it earlier somewhere on some aircraft, I don't remember where. Is it actually growing that much it is used instead of voice ATC? And if so, how do I use it? Very open question, I understand, but who knows ;). cheers Victor

Hi all, So, I'm back into the flying addiction, 73 on the horizon, and now trying the 748 salty. First of all, word not allowed, for a freeware aircraft, simbiref integration, working NAT track flying, hmmhmm. I took off from JFK this morning, but I was a little underwhelmed by the night lighting on the ground. Microsoft Flight Simulator - 1.21.18.0 31-1-2022 09_29_11 by Victor Roos, on Flickr I find it, well, very P3D looking to be honest. I thought the lights go further than this? (also my plane is almost invisible in the darkness?..) Am I just stupid or? cheers Vic

Got it! I didn't quite get why the short press option was used? They most of the time didn't switch. Still. Wouldn't have figured out all those circuits without you! Thanks!

hi all, I love this sim, it is my main sim, I learn the a320 thanks to it and can't wait for the 737// my good old, ghmm. But, I was wondering, I saw a few take off timelapse out of cloudy weather, and it is always nice that when you go through the low level once, there are always some clouds higher, the thin layer mostly. Why does MSFS not simulate this? Or very barely a very whispy layer? Does meteoblue not have this data or what? Just wondering, cheers vic

It doesn't really cover the light switches, throttle setup is good indeed! THanks for sharing. I guess we have to look ath the alpha yoke which probably has the same problem.

hi all, I just got the Bravo throttle controller. It looks beautiful, throttles reversers,awesome!! What a piece of hardware.. the quality 😮 However, the switches and using them to control the lights, specifically in the FBW itsn't working as I expected. Taxi light isn't moving at all, and for the landing lights there is no retract button I noticed and it moves the taxi lights atst. Any tips on this? cheers Vic
