  1. Be sure that you loaded and activated the 737 configuration in the Honeycomb Configurator.  Only one configuration is available at a time. What you're seeing is a request for a T7 variable that is not available from the 737.  Every time you change aircraft type, you need to have the matching configuration loaded in the Honeycomb Configurator.

    The reason I use SimStarterNG is because I have around five supporting programs to run and doing everything via SSNG is the easy option. It’s a solid program I have used for years.

    I'm sure that you are using SimStarter to ensure that the other programs are assigned to cores other than core 1.  That may help some.


  3. I've reported this to LM and Beau has indicated that there was a change to 5.2 that will not use an Intel Integrated Graphics Adapter if it does not detect 1.5G of video memory. I have a 3090 with a 4K HDR monitor and a 2K display, and use the IGA for a third screen. I run 2D views such as FS2Crew and other views that I use.  This takes them off of the main, full screen display where they cause substantial FPS reductions.  Running a 2D view on either the 4K or 2K monitor halves the FPS.  Adding FS2Crew takes the FPS down to ~12 FPS.  Now the IGA display will show the windows but does not update them or allow interactions.  This is due to the non-detection of the IGA as a valid graphics card (Intel reports that is has 16G available!).  This is a major show stopper.

    Other display anomalies include the pop window menu being limited to the interior of the popup window which makes it difficult to access the menu for odd shaped windows, such as FS2Crew main window.

    Also, for some reason TrackIR looses communications with the sim.  I use the default  F9 to pause stop responding to head inputs.  I can get it to work briefly by killing it and restarting TrackIR, but this only last for a little while.  I've checked for other assignments of F9 and there are not controls interacting with it.  Worked fine in 5.1.  Chaseplane sees it and works properly.

I've recently encountered a problem with PMDG 737 and P2ATC where the frequency swap button both in the 737 and P2ATC no longer works.  The problem occurs after starting P2ATC and establishing connection with power and connection  Both frequencies change and ATIS starts.  After that I  can no longer change frequencies from either PMDG or P2ATC.  The system worked fine until several days ago, and since then I have reinstalled PMDG completely, and updated P2ATC to .2.  P2ATC works with FSL 32x.  Otherwise no changes have been made to the sim.  I suspect that some file has become corrupted and hesitate to remove and reinstall P2ATC due to licensing issues.  Any suggestions are very welcome,

Unfortunately, I have had far worse issues with this.  The VC textures faded to the point that the switches and panels were amorphous black and could not be found.  This occurred for FSL, PMDG and Aerosoft CRJ.  I tried all options of EA on/off, HDR on/off, and Auto Exposure on/off.  Completely unusable.  Even the F35 showed problems.  Even dome and  flashlight (\) did not work.

    I completely reinstalled 5.1 (I initially only installed client and scenery).  This did not help.  I removed all FSL, PMDG and CRJ aircraft and reinstalled.

    At this point the CRJ and NGXu are working with AE off, although they are still dark.  FSL is too dark to use even on a clear day.

    What am I missing?  

    WIn10 Pro 2004.  Next to latest nvidia drivers.  

    Maximus XII Hero, i9-10900K, 32G ram, 2080ti.  GSX, FSUIPC, number of sceneries.

    Worked very well with 5HF2 with high settings @ 30Hz.

     

    Probably heading back to 5HF2 if there is no fix soon.

     


  6. Guys, my problem is that the scenery is NOT being updated, even though I have edited several .bgls.  The log shows that the custom scenery add-on is detected, but the .bgls are not being read.  Secondly, UGCX marshalling could not find the North Cargo parking at DD KSEA.

  7. I run it with 2080TI to my main monitor with P3D and use the i9-9900ks video output to drive a second monitor with panels, programs, etc.  No problem.  Can't see why a second video card would not work.  Depends on how you want to layout screens and views.

    Yes, I installed it into the \Prepar3D v5 Add-ons. The installer gives the choice to install it into the main P3Dv5 folder or into Add-ons. Obviously, this may be the cause of the issue.  It works fine from there though.  Please let me know if I can help troubleshoot this further,  Be glad to help.

  10. The MCE display is now showing Bombardier CRJ-700, which is different than before.  Command/VoxScript shows the expected existing scripts.  

    Command are being understood by MCE but no actions are taken.  The Safety Check Flow ran to the end, but no changes to the panels were made.  Same with Set Nav Lights On or Set Dome Light On.  MCE did respond if the switch was already in the commanded position.

    I've reproduced the problem when starting MCE using SimStarter or from the desktop.

    P3d and MCE are being run as administrators.
