I hope someone can help me my sim was working perfect Friday and Saturday on Sunday by whole Saitek equipments started to give up . My FIP,s ( I have 7 pcs) three stopped wowrking asking to power cycle them !! I did restart several times never came back . Now my Saitek flight multipanel will not come back I did change the usb nothing I got to see a USB power reset tool I did use it still doesn’t come back I can see it is powered but the dials are not responding when you open it in device manager or in Spad.next i did not add any software or done any changes and I am not sure why this happened I did a lot of start up but still not back when I switched to x-plane my FIP all came back but I am not using Spad.next for that but still the flight multipanel is dead I apreciate any advise for that Amr Guindy

I hope someone can help me I have a continuous issue with PMDG only. I have done a clean install of prepar3d V4.1 again and loaded my add-ons without PMDG installation used it for three days no issues at all. Once I loaded the PMDG 747 and I am using the fly Tampa at Dubai I placed the plane in cold and dark and started the procedures all good. Once I changed the view to external view before even starting ground services the sim shuts down immediately no error messages or warnings. I tried again loaded everything and once I move the view to outside it shuts down. After that I loaded a Cessna and had a 3 hours of flying with no issues at all changing views from internal to external no issues at all. I forgot to mention I am using chase plane for my camera views . Thanks for any assistance or guidance Amr Guindy

Hi Vic no i have the same experience as van without starting the sim I was told it is due to using too much USB ports but my sim was working before ok this is a new issue I started experience . I even disconnected a hub with 8 USB still I get the same issue

I started to experience an issue with my mouse which I did not have before. Once I load the sim and start my SPAD.next for the saitek equipments and choose by flight plan , date and time, I press load before even having the flight loaded the mouse stops working. It moves very strange and generates a sound like beep every time I touch it or move it. I also tried my trackball on my keyboard same thing happening. Must restart the sim and then I get again the same issue . I am unable to start any flight. I appreciate any help amr guindy

Good Day I need some help or direction. I just bought X-plane 11 after all the praise I am always using prepar3d V4 . My Issues are : My all Saitek equipments doesn't work although I downloaded all the plugins per advise over the forum but they are still completely black no light although they work great with prepar3d. I was able to get my 6 FIP to work but not my three equipment from Saitek ( Radio, Multipannel and switch panel ) Also I am not getting the sound on my speakers but they are working with prepar3d . Any help to start to enjoy the x-plane 11 is highly appreciated Thank You Amr

So it appeared that the problem is with chaseplan not the PMDG I tried a flight for two hours disconnected the chase plan and used no camera program I was able to fly 2 hours with the PMDG 747 with prepar3d V4 the developer of chase plane should do some updates to accommodate V4 previous version has no problems at all thanks amr

Thanks a lot will try this option tonight the Cessna GPS direction is correct and reflects the real heading the problem is the Saitek equipment when the heading is set to the same figure I get a continuos annoying message saying please follow the correct heading thank you

Good day I have bought the Cessna A2A for prepar3d V4 and did an upgrade to the Comanche as well . Everything works fine the only problem is the GPS . When I get an instruction of turning and either I use the Saitek FIP button or the Saitek Pro flight multi panel I always noticed that I am off by extra 6 degrees than the real visual reading . I am trying to correct that permanently as I keep adding 6 extra degrees on what the AI is telling me to be on track. Any permanent solution for this issue I really appreciate Amr G

Ok so in the past two days the prepar3 d shut down 2 times while taxing to the gate to take off and one time before landing . I have tried to use your suggestion but the report comes empty no data all . Any other suggestions ? Thanks amr guindy

I am not sure who shuts prepar3d V4 but I assume it's PMDG 747 . I just bought it and after loading the plane in prepar3d V4 at dark state after starting everything and start to taxi once I took off and move my camera view in the cockpit ( chaseplane) the sim vanish ? I never had that with V3.4 but I also never had the 747 I always have the 777 . So I loaded my sim with the Cessna 172 and done 45 minutes of flying moving the chaseplane around in and out no crash sim is running till I landed . Any idea what is going on ? I done till the last update of PMDG 747 . Also did the PMDG 777 received any upgrades for V4 ? Thanks Amr

did you experience issues with chase plan I am using it with V4 and before landing if I move camera the sim will shut down completely . Didyou experience issues like this ? Thanks Amr

No I do not have it it might be something to do with the chase plane program I am unable to delete everything and start from beginning after deleting all programs and using a program to delete a clean one ( CCleaner) I still see staff under program 86 and roaming data I am not sure if that is the problem and do I have to delete all files and start from beginning ? I am still searching many thanks Amr

I went through control panel one line by one line no SODE available to reinstall. Went under my App data all XML files one by one no SODE entries are their I went under task manager none also. I restarted program and computer no luck. Ended prepar3d in task manager and restart computer no luck also. Is anyone has a solution so I can restart my Prepar3d V4 ? I appreciate any help Amr

Does Does SOED always appear under control panel > programs I have went one by one and cannot see any SODE program name there but still can not open prepar3d ?

I have done that four times also deleted the config files before exiting and restart still no luck after restarting I go straight to Prepar3d click and I get the black screen of prepar3d and nothing happen after that . I am not sure what happened once I downloaded the GSX today and restarted the computer this happened.
