QuoteActive Sky FS will also integrate directly with SimBrief for flight plan integration and also PMDG’s aircraft for wind uplink data. The universal data export also allows other third party add-ons to interact with Active Sky FS.
That part gains my interest. Could this mean 3rd party aircraft can use ActiveSky for their Weather Radars like in the FSX/P3D days? This would be big indeed.

For many of us, that was the case. Ended up buying the upgrade as you did to get the 78. Not repeating the mistake with MSFS 2024, going for the high edition from the get go. That way if it includes an A330, we'll have something moddable incase Aerosoft and FSlabs fail to deliver the bigger bus. Especially since MS/Asobo is aiming for higher fidelity with default aircraft.

Two new sceneries bundled in a two for one? Well I'm sold.

I know that the MSFS turb' is a topic of debate but driving the A2A Comanche from Pointe-à-Pitre to Marie Galante (perfect flight for a short attention span flyer), reminded me of some real arrivals in Miami or a dreadul flight in an Embraer from Talahassee to NO long ago (as a pax). Close to what I see in some You Tube filming real flights too.
Needed a Go around but pleased with my landing.
Try landing at TFFG or TQPF right now. Looking outside, you'll have a good time.

This is great news.

Imagine if they released a Dash 8-300 that Majestic worked on with them in secret with all the liveries (LIAT, Bahamas, BWIA/Caribbean Airlines, Air Jamaica etc). I'd cancel the rest of my week.

Growing up in and traveling around the region, I felt emotional. Fort St Louis, Brimstone Hill. The memories. To finally see the beauty of our islands represented in the sim, to this scale. For all of us simmers with Caribbean roots, this one's for us. Thank you Asobo, Microsoft.

To be honest those guys have always lapsed when it came to their webpage. It would be down ever so often and be back up later. They haven't bothered with their social media accounts in years. Last I contacted them they were pretty responsive on the email though. And as Gregg_D said, they have been pushing out updates to some of their first gen MSFS sceneries recently. Seems that's just how they operate.
As for OP, with Tropical Sim it seems if they didn't make a P3D V4 update for their older sceneries I wouldn't expect any updates now. The last year has been V5 and V6 compatibility updates for V4 sceneries and updates of their MSFS releases. -
It would be a win if the guys at the Lab released their A330 in this quarter but given their development pace they too may come out in the MSFS 2024 era.

In all my years I personally never saw anything larger than a Dash 8/ATR land on 28 (they passed over the where house I grew up to do so). That Sunwing event was very rare indeed and knowing how winds are throughout the year jet aircraft have very little to gain attempting 28 vs 10 especially being full of passengers and cargo as they typically are when they arrive on the island. The few years I worked at the airport never seen it happen.

Yea but they don't have the LEAP1 engines, new cockpit dispays etc. We want the newest variant. . Especially since one of my favorite airlines retired all their -800's and are now fully MAX 8's.

Both were updated so with no update from Bredok I'm afraid there isn't anything we can do unfortunately.

10 hours ago, YVR_23 said:Do you know what gauge the 737 is using? Is it the Aboso 787 or 747?
If I remember it was the Asobo 787. So that may be the source of OPs issues. No updates from Bredok post Avionics updates doesn't bode well.
19 minutes ago, Vineguy said:Yes, the last version is 1.7.1. Simmarket still lists it for sale.
Just checked and it doesn't. If you purchased it you can still click to the product page where it says "Inactive". But if you open a new window and go to simmarket where you aren't signed in you'll only see a crew addon for the 73M and all there other products are gone.

Since the update 1.35.21 when I click on VS and use my mouse to select VS to increase or decrease my VS it doesn't show up on the AP. However I can see the indicator move on the instrument panel. I have sent a email to the developer but no answer for the past two weeks.
The last version was 1.7.1 or something like that. Check in the downloads of the store you purchased it from. Side note, I think Bredok is done, Simmarket removed all their products from sale.

So I do wonder about the simulation depth, if iniBuilds can build something deep purely out of expertise from pilots, or if they actually do have documentation. I think that's a question worth asking given the sentiment from other developers.
We'll learn the answer to that in due time, however considering the tight partnership iniBuilds has with Asobo/Microsoft and the popularity of MSFS, it would not suprise me if the big M managed to get some agreements struck and limited access granted by the big boys at Toulouse.

I know this was said in jest, with all the new Flightsim hardware that has been released that is Xbox compatible that simply isn't and won't be the case.

Good on @Aamir for banning such people from their Discord.
Its not just Flight Sim, I've noticed people in general go from 0 to hostile real quick over the smallest things. We are too on edge and have to relearn how to communicate with and give grace to each other. That said, when Block 2 is released it will be worth it. Then time to look forward to the A319 and A321.

So apparantly this is a bug that was experienced during the SU13 Beta and made its way to the final. Due to the change in prop behavior it seems the aircraft itself had to be updated.
A whole month of Beta reports and upon general release this issue persists? Hans/Asobo, I hope you guys have a fix ready early the coming week.

This happened to me yesterday if the throttles were at idle on the ground. Move the throttles slightly above idle the the problem went away, idle in air no issue. I'll have to check on the official forums if anyone else encountered this.

And don't forget to restart your PC. Reboots help these updates to settle in.

I concur with @btacon. Early March I upgraded from a 8GB GTX 1080 to an RTX 4070 Ti SUper 16GB. World of difference. If you're going to upgrade from an 11GB card might as well go to the 16GB. Software is only going to use more VRAM so best invest now to get more time out of it.
