  1. Thanks Bernd. I found if I disabled the Community folder then the liveries that came with the Asobo/AH DC-3 are ok. I suspect the 3rd parties will need updates, & or Duckworks, further tweaking. I did notice I am getting approx. +5 fps improvement overall😃 Cheers T45

  4. Anyone else stuck on G58 Update/Decompression? Gets to end then just sits there. T45
  5. 3 scenario short flights this morning. Hot start. All from KFRG Rwy 01, to KISP, Rwy 06. (1) Loaded up PT-SRD, using default GNS530/430 GPS. Flight plan shows in GPS. Tablet: choose 'Ready for take off', no change to GPS. Flight: Turn on AP, shows as RDY, see VS & can set a climb rate. When hit NAV, VS number disappears, but aircraft aligns on to magenta & holds VS rate. So, VS, NAV, HDG & ALT HLD all worked, but nothing showing on S-Tec screen or Annunciator during the flight. (2) As per (1), except on Tablet chose GTN 750 GPS & Ready For Take Off. Full flight plan shows up in the GPS Flight outcome: Identical to (1). ie, AP worked but nothing showing on S-Tec screen or Annunciator during flight. (3) As per (1), but on Tablet, Activated GTN 750Xi GPS. Needed to put destination into 750 flight plan. Flight outcome: VS, NAV, HDG, ALT all showed up on S-Tec screen when they were used, & on Annunciator, except VS does not show on Annunciator. (1) & (2) screen non appearance issues may be related to presence of GTN 750Xi, but I am not sure. T45
  6. Thank you Gentlemen. I did get an ok flight late yesterday & I suspect the issue may relate to which GPS choice I am making in the Tablet. I need to run some short flights today to check a few things & then will let you know what I find. T45
  7. Tried this inquiry on another forum & to date, no response, so I'll see if there are any Seneca fliers here. I’ve tried 3 flights this morning & I can’t get the S-TEC AP to hold NAV or follow a HDG, even after running level & lining the aircraft on the Magenta Line, (NAV), & pointing it in the set HDG direction for HDG. ALT hold also disconnects. This is with the GNS 530 GPS, & the GTN 750Xi. Are there known issues with the S-TEC AP, or a particular way to get it working? {I believe I am using the FD/AP On/Off rocker switch correctly}. Any help appreciated. T45

  9. I have had NAV work ok, but several attempts at an ILS using APPR were not successful as the DC-3 wouldn't hold a 3% descent rate & tended to drop down short of the runway, despite throttle & flap juggling. T45

I can't & can't figure out why. Follows HDG ok, but not NAV, even when planted on the magenta line. Using NAV, at the first FPlan 'turn' it keeps going straight. & also, does the DHC-2 take the TDS GTNXi GPS? T45

  12. I've got the hang of the AP, & using it & the TDI GPS can fly long routes & ILS landings, no problem. Comprehensive manual. Just need to sort out the Power/Prop/Mixture settings for high speed cruise. Agree, it's now a smooth flyer. T45

I have tried setting up several MSFS IFR Low Altitude flights with ILS approaches into the destination runway, in 3 different aircraft that used to fly ILS approaches without issues, but I have had no success. In one case the flight plan had a "T" junction, & in the other 2, the STARS path was not logical. I did get 1 runway where an aircraft followed an ILS approach but coming through at 2,700", then 1,800', in neither case would it hook on to the descent path although GS was showing on the PFD. Anyone else having flight plan ILS approach set up issues? T45
  16. Michael Its the best GA aircraft in MSFS currently. IMHO. Op. Manual is very informative. AP is very interesting & works well once you figure out that keyboard "Z" cycles through AP options, ilo turning the AP On & Off. There is a separate AP manual for those into detail, but the Op. manual has a section on the SEC AP. Don't be put off by the AP😀, the aircraft is a delight to fly. T45
  17. The Tablet gives many options that allow a customized simple set up. You can choose Ready for Take Off, you can turn Damage & 'Incidents' off. You can customize each aircraft & have it retain the settings for that aircraft. Strongly recommend you download the Operating Manual from the A2A MSFS Comanche web site & read the section on what the Tablet options can do as regards setting up a 250 to suit how you would like to fly it. Although there is a lot of depth & complexity you don't have to engage with that to enjoy the aircraft. You can turn much of it Off, T45

  19. Went into aircraft.cfg, but all liveries have : panel ="" They do differ in the texture line, however, but that is for the exterior? T45
