  1. I am working on creating SODE jetways for OTHH. In doing an exclude for the static jetways, the light posts are automatically removed as well, and the bloom from the lights remain. Is there anyway that someone could give me information on removing the bloom or having a separate file for the light post separate of the static jetways. I've attached the file below for better understanding of the light bloom. I have susesfuly removed the static jetways and added the SODE jetways. Everything works great, except for the fact that there are the "halos" without the light posts being there. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dhvhuJ-84AFGDGeXPe-VyZ_s-azU4m2L/view?usp=sharing Thanks, Rajan F
  2. Okay thanks for the confirmation. I too only noticed it after the major update in July. Thanks and hoping for an update soon.
  3. I've been using the 777 and GSX services for about a year now and everything had been working. Recently i noticed that the cargo containers being loaded and taken off the aircraft during boarding and de-boarding are completely random. It's as if the containers are from 6 different airlines. The first container will be japan airlines, followed by scoot, and then British Airways. This variation and order is completely random each time, with each time having a bunch of random airlines, instead of the actual airline I'm flying. All of the ground equipment is displaying the appropriate equipment for the location, but all of the containers show random airlines and liveries at the same time, being each container is a different airline. I've also made sure that i have the airline name and the atc_parking_code=SIA. I'm lost and don't know where to go from here and would love to match the containers with my airline. my aircraft.cfg: [fltsim.4] title=PMDG 777-312(ER) Singapore Airlines 9V-SNA sim=B777-300ER model= panel= sound= texture=9V-SNA atc_airline=SINGAPORE atc_id=9V-SNA atc_flight_number=44 atc_model=777-300ER atc_heavy=1 atc_parking_types=GATE atc_parking_codes=SIA atc_type=BOEING ui_createdby=PMDG ui_manufacturer=Boeing ui_type=777-300ERX ui_typerole=777-300ERX ui_variation=Singapore Airlines 9V-SNA airline_name=Singapore Airlines description=Singapore Airlines Repaint by Alex Farmer/Goldstar Textures\Boeing 777-300ER powered by GE90 engines v 1.0\nPMDG Simulations\nwww.precisionmanuals.com \n\nProduced under license from Boeing Management Company.\n\nBoeing 777, 777-300, 777-300ER & Boeing are among the trademarks owned by Boeing. visual_damage=0
  4. Hey Y'all, I've noticed that a few 777-300er models have a partial white cowling on engine one. this can be seen for instance with Cathay Pacific's B-KPQ. Does anyone have any idea what the purpose of the partial white cowling is used for? Thanks, Rajan
  5. Thank y'all for the great responses! Found some great finds here!
  6. Hey Y’all, I’ve checked the AVSIM library and found two textures for the Air Canada new liveries for the 777, but they aren’t too detailed. Does anyone have any knowledge of existing detailed liveries, or willing to do a livery? Thanks, Rajan
  7. Hey y’all, I love the 747-8 and was sad to see PMDG didn’t include any passenger variant of the 747-8 for Cathay Pacific. Is there anyone willing to make a livery for the 747-8 in the new 2018 Cathay Pacific livery with dirty wings? Thanks, Rajan
  8. Hey Y’all, I just got the PMDG 747-8 and have been busy switching over for the 400 variant. I’m a huge Cathay Pacific fan. Any knowledge of existing passenger variant liveries for the 747-8 for Cathay Pacific? Thanks, Rajan Farmah
  9. Just fixed the share settings. Sorry about that.
  10. Ive Attached another image: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vbWAu4F5J0P2DMVoyasYEkfWBqPSp676/view?usp=sharing Yes the picture is blurry, but hopefully it is able to display the problem I am having with the navigation lights.
  11. I contacted PMDG with a support ticket and so far the only help I've gotten is to uninstall and reinstall. I followed their directions and even cleared out my cache and user data. After reinstalling the most updated versions, I still am having the same problem, but only with the 777 series. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or have any suggestions on where to go to. I tested with my 747 and 737 and those work perfectly fine. The problem only happens with either the 777-200 or 777-300
  12. I attached the image to Google Drive, so hopefully that'll help: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zggQzCEUstrxNoeCH69-vctbtkUZULvs/view?usp=sharing
  13. Hi Y'all, I'm a long time customer of the PMDG line-up and recently purchased the 777-300. Upon night flight, I noticed that I have three white lines flaring from the navigation lights. I noticed this occurs with any livery at any setting. When the lights are off, there's no problem, but as soon as the lights are turned on, three white lines appear. In attempt of self solving, I've "properly" uninstalled, reinstalled, and repaired the 777-200lrf and 777-300 respectively, but still have the problem,. Is there any other solution or step I am missing? I have no problem running the PMDG 737, 747-400, 747-800 or the pmdg 777-200. This problem only occurs with the 777-300 wingtips and I have also made sure that all my files are up to date. Image Link: https://ibb.co/1nQC2kV Thanks, Raj F.
