  1. Hello Commanders, It's been a while you heard from us, and we are proud to announce the new release for VAInterface! You can download it now from our store in the link bellow: Download now! To get the software you have to log in on our store with your usual account, which you should have when you got previous purchases and downloads from our website. Note that support system and the stores have two different accounts! If you already have an older VAinterface release remember to uninstall it via Windows removal. VAInterface is compatible with all Virtual Avionics modules and apps. Flight Simulators compatible: Prepar3D v4 or bellow; X-Plane 11 or bellow; Microsoft Flight Simulator X; Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition. Virtual CDU compatibility: 737: iFly; PMDG; Prosim; 747: PMDG: Queen of Skies II; 777: PMDG; A320: Aerosoft.

  3. Hello, Ok, now I understood the problem! You'll have to download an old release, you can get it clicking here and creating an account our signing in into our store. Download the 2.23 version and then follow the instructions listed on this support article! Sorry about the confusion! You can use the .msi file downloaded from the store page to install and create all folders necessary! Regards,
  4. There is no installer yet. This is a beta release, so the way to use it is moving the files from the download to VAInterface folder. Executing the .exe file may cause problems. See if you have permisions on the folder as administrator, you should be able to move both files to the VAItnerface folder. Regrads

  6. Hello! There is no problem, in the snapshot took we were trying a previous release of the VAInterface 2.24, you didn't need to uptade to the 2.24.1.21524 to use the 2.24.1.11639! Just follow the instructions and it will work! Kind Regrads,
  7. Hello Captains! It's been a while now and here at VA we are working hard to solve all problems in our beta version! We have a new release for you, it's basically the same steps to install it. You just have to follow the instructions bellow: Download the .zip file with the new VAInterface files clicking here Extract both files into your VAInterface folder; Right click in VAInterface_2.24.1.11639.exe and Run as administrator Remember always to create an exception in your firewall and anti-virus and the files ARE NOT a installer, you have to lace them in the VAInterface folder! To get is just follow this easy steps: Download the new .exe in this link Replace your .exe in VAInterface folder with the downloaded one Be sure to make a exception in your firewall and anti-virus (generally it's linked with the previous .exe) Run it form your folder Remember that the file IS NOT an installation file, you have to replace the old .exe for this one!   9. Hey guys, I know is hard to wait on an update, here at VA we are a small team and we have to divide our development forces between business and custumers, that causes some delay on the release. We are deeply sorry about that, but we are working with all efferots. But, the realase is almost done you are on testing fase, we pretend to lauch it with P3Dv4 and X-Plane 11 compatibility, yesterday we tested it on our MCP737, some bugs were mapped so we can give you the best interface possible.   11. Hey, we are still working on it. We are taking 2 projects simultaniasly, one is to update VAInterface and the second is a contract with a company, due to this we got some dellay on the release. We cannot give you guys a date on the update, but we are working on it!
  12. Dear Customers, VAInterface is not yet compatible with Prepar3D V4. We are working on implementing it, but there is no committed release date yet. But rest assured that the support will be available for the MCP, EFIS and all our products soon. Best Regards, VA Support Team

  14. Hello, When we changed our system we unfortunately lost some users. It was our mistake about that, I still have a backup of all your data. We are using Zendesk as our plataform for support and VAInterface download, we couldn't import all users, so to use it you'll have to create a new account. If you have a google email you can use and you'll be registered easly. We closed our store for two main reasons: New system: we are looking for a better system to manage our store. We got many problems with the old one so we turned it off to ajust and give you a better store. To know when it will be avaiable just subscribe on www.virtualavionics.com.br/store with your name and email and you'll get a notification when our store get back online No stock: Due our contract with we needed to focus lots of effort to it so our products ran out and we couldn't restock them. We are looking for better products to offer you all. Glynn, we are sorry about what happened, really, we tested the new features of our website befor going online, but some problems we couldn't detect happened. We are working as fast as we can to solve them. As I said before on this post, our new support system wasn't able to import our database. We appreciate your patience.

For now we are on a big project and our team is really focused on it, that's why we didn't update it for a while.
