  1. just a suggestion here sir, but have you tried to press the D key on your keyboard? Or whatever other key its asking you to press ? Its telling you the key binded to what it wants you to do, as opposed to telling you what button or knob to press in the cockpit.😄
  2. "please learn how to use this new tool so i dont have to do it. And send me the" Better Alps" when you'r done".
  3. Well, it doesnt bother me too much. Its their own planes after all. Theres nothing stopping anyone to develop a new plane. 🙂
  4. Depends on the 3d format. The Gltf format used by Asobo is impossile to decompile without loosing tons of informations. And yes, im sure 🙂
  5. Very difficult. Import the 3D model (loose all UV maps and animation in the process). Take off the pants (easiest part), then proceed to fully UV unwrap the entire model, and re-animate the whole thing.
  6. Im the first surprised at how smooth it is for now 🙂 pretty sure thats gonna come to a stop when i'll get to coding 😄
  7. Slowly but surely. I can get stuck a full morning trying to figure out something so that slows down the process quite a bit. But i dont have any deadline, so i dont mind :D
  8. Dont think so to be honest. I think Carenado is not following all new guidelines from the new SDK and are trying to reuse their old codes as much as possible.
  9. Shouldnt have used so much legacy codes then...Its weird how the default aircrafts NEVER break (CTDs i mean) after updates. Next aircraft, do it from scratch natively. Lets see if it still takes you 4 weeks to make as opposed to many many months.
  10. This is @Steve Dra for you. Known to go overboard with the screenshots, youtube video, names, 1000 words back stories, etc. 😂 But thats part of the charm 😄 we need more Steves. Full on dedicated to the hobby, and to this forum.
  11. Oh im CERTAIN that in there contract they have a line saying that Carenado MSFS products can solely be sold via the MS marketplace. Makes sense, its probably the dev that sells the most, so that means more comission dollars for MS. TChing tching!
  12. Exactly right, its at least careless from Carenado and or MS to let the product there, or, depending wich way you look at it, its borderline dishonest. But more importantly, im pretty sure it could be seen as illegal too
  13. @Steve Dra We been concerned for many weeks, me and others, that broken products can still be sold, without any warnong of any kinds. Now we are lucky we have avsim and this communitt. But the massive amount of new players msfs brought, have no clue about carenado, about their history, about updates that mighr have broken something or other. I feel sorry for them, they spent good money on a new shiny plane just to get CTD. Whereas me when that happened i was like "well, at least it worked longer than i thought it would" 😅
  14. Dude im even worse than that. Im French, but i lived a long time in Ireland 😄
  15. LOL. If it went that far, im pretty sure piracy is not the only thing to blame here...
