Hello, Thank you for your program. I have tried to add custom files from ATClive.com and put them in the custom folder, but I am not sure if they are working. Do I need to do anything to the file name I download from LiveAtc.com, or should I just leave the file name the same (which is what I have been doing)? Also, if, for example, I download an ATC center file from South America, do I check the custom folder and the South America region to be able to hear it and use the frequency 123.273, or do I use the real-world frequency for that particular center? Finally, sometimes when downloading a file from Live ATC, it is not categorized as DEP, APP, or Center but rather put together as one file and listed as, for example, KSFO Dep/TWR/App, so which folder should I put these types of Live ATC files in? The APP, TWR, or DEP custom folder? Thank you in advance Paul

Sorry to bombard you with posts , but look what I just stumbled across by accident, which leads me to think there is a bug in version 4.5< I started PSXTraffic from its installation folder and bingo it works, but it displays version 4.3.1 (see images) but when I try to run it from my desktop, it says Version 4.5 and then I get the error Paul https://photos.app.goo.gl/jBDWb33q9fXVVZzk8 https://photos.app.goo.gl/Qrf7YD9SYciuW27C6

Sorry Niko in my last post, I referred to you as Kiek. May I make a suggestion, Nico? I might have got a little further in trying to solve this myself had I known an example of a Prera3d path to the livery folders. In your manual, in Section 5, your give clear examples of paths to livery folders for Microsoft Flight Simulator, but not Prepar3d. It might be worth adding Prepar3d examples, then idiots like me wouldn't have to hassle you! User manual Section 5 Thanks again, Niko. Paul

Hi Kiek, I have the same problem as above. I had FSXTraffic working like a dream, and then suddenly, without touching anything, I started FSXTraffic, and boom! I had the error about liveries! Please see attached images and log https://photos.app.goo.gl/Mcorn61B7LX2vaM1A https://photos.app.goo.gl/geLLYRLHxoo5WVCk6 https://photos.app.goo.gl/v7Qaou4GcpJo9KXB6 Thank you in advance Paul

Kiek! I got it going. I deleted the traffic.cfg file and let it rebuild. I think the problem was my overall extended knowledge about how to install this 🙂 and a combination of lack of models installed creating lots of errors. I found this tutorial and folled the instructions and downloaded more models, this cleared up the mess of all the aircraft.cfg errors https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBLg4oYuUeU&ab_channel=SkzDaLimitAviationChannel Thank you again to you all for your assistance Paul

Hello Kiek, I have made some slight progress! (see images) You say, "The method Prepar3D promotes is using an add-on.xml file in your \Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons folder." I only have a folder called AIG Traffic Controller in the Prepare3D v5 Add-ons folder and I deleted the AIG controller because I only wanted to use the PSX (live) traffic (see image of the xlm image) I also installed some Faib models, and this seems to have helped because I now get at least 1 live traffic indicator (see image). Do I need to reinstall the AIG Traffic Controller? https://photos.app.goo.gl/HGx78VPE2FaDzh238 Thank you again for your patience! Paul

Thank you, guys, for trying to help me. I am going out of my mind here! In response to your comment, Dave, "Have a look in your PSXTraffic\output\errors folder," this is what I found: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\SimObjects\Rotorcraft\Robinson_R22 [fltsim.0] empty atc_parking_codes= C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\SimObjects\Rotorcraft\Robinson_R22 [fltsim.1] empty atc_parking_codes= C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\SimObjects\Rotorcraft\Robinson_R22 [fltsim.2] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_DJC_Global6000 [fltsim.11] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_DJC_Global6000 [fltsim.12] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_DJC_Global6500 [fltsim.2] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_FAIB_A319-100_CFM [fltsim.33] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_FAIB_B747-400_GE [fltsim.20] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_FAIB_B767-300ER_GE [fltsim.30] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_HTAI_BN-2_Islander [fltsim.1] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_HTAI_BN-2_Islander [fltsim.2] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_HTAI_Gulfstream_G550 [fltsim.13] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_KCAI_Challenger300 [fltsim.51] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_KCAI_Challenger300 [fltsim.52] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_KCAI_Challenger300 [fltsim.53] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_KCAI_Challenger300 [fltsim.54] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_KCAI_Challenger300 [fltsim.55] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_KCAI_Challenger300 [fltsim.56] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_KCAI_Challenger300 [fltsim.57] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_KCAI_Challenger300 [fltsim.58] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_OSP_ATR42-500 [fltsim.2] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_OSP_ATR72-500 [fltsim.17] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_OSP_ATR72-600 [fltsim.64] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_TBAI_SR22 [fltsim.0] empty atc_parking_codes= D:\AGI-Directory\AIGAIM - OCI\SimObjects\AIGAIM_TBAI_SR22 [fltsim.1] empty atc_parking_codes= There are obviously a lot of errors, but how do I assign parking codes? Could I just go through these one-by-one and assign their codes ETD Etihad, BAW British Airways etc? In response to your post, Kiek, I do not have an AIG package. I just recently looked at a package from the https://www.lekseecon.nl/ PSXT page; I downloaded it and opened it (Download the PSXseecon software package, version 3.37.) , and I have never seen it before or used it when I used to have PSXTraffic running on my old PC. The only programs I have are RealTraffic Launcher and PSXTraffic. I have recently installed Alpha India AI Manager to download the models, but I only have about 32GB of the 66GB available. Thank you again Paul

Thank you for your reply! I tried all of the suggestions listed in the document you recommend above, but none of them worked! I am beginning to think the problem is with the AIGUM models, because when the RealTraffic loads, I can see in the status bar at the bottom a lot of messages saying, "AIGUM (aircraft type) could not be created in your sim? I am wondering if this has a lot to do with my problem, but where should I go to resolve it? Thank you again for bothering to send me the link above. Paul

Hello! Please help! I am going out of my mind trying to get PSXTraffic to load live traffic. Everything seems to be OK except 'Live Traffic 0' (please click on links to see screen shots). I have also included my logs I really appreciate you taking the time to take a look Thanks Paul https://photos.app.goo.gl/CLuhQcN6J7GsHpb7A https://photos.app.goo.gl/5CRVpz3FSL82RPHV9 https://photos.app.goo.gl/i2GCcHnKTUXBL6gY7

Hello, and thank you for taking time to look at my post! I am going out of my mind trying to get real live traffic to run again in Prepar3dv5. I used to run Realtraffic + PSXtraffic and used the VMR to install the liveries, and that worked fine, but now the VMR is no longer available. PSXTraffic keeps telling me, '53 no liveries found' I am aware that I have to map PSXtraffic to the liveries I have installed using AIG-AI manager, but where and how do I map PSXtraffic to GUI? Thank you Paul

Hello, I normally work in China, but I have been stuck here in Europe for almost 3 years, waiting to get back to China. My issue is that when I get back to China I will want to purchase MFS2020 but I am not sure if I can download it in China. Here is my question: Can I purchase it here on my laptop and store the installation files on a hard drive and transfer it to my main flightsim PC in China when I get back to China? Three years away from my PC and I feel like a beginner all over again! Thank you in advance for any help Paul

Thank you again for all your replies. I resolved it! I had a corrupt Prepar3d.cfg. I deleted it and it is now fine again. Thank you Paul
