Hi everyone, I'm pretty happy flying with the new PMDG 747-8 V3, but right now applications like TOPCAT and TOPER are not able to calculate Assumed Temp Reduction for the 747-8 yet and I don't know when there will be an update for it. I also tried to use the EFB on the 748 but it says that this feature will not be available until PMDG releases an update. So there's the problem, I am not able to calculate the assumed temp reduction. I asked some people around and they said that I can use something like this 👇 to calculate, but I really don't get it, so can anyone explain it to me how it works, or give me some other suggestions on this problem? Thank you, but I didn't find any events related to P3D in my event log which is very strange.. They are all about other applications and they are all considered "information" not "warning" or "error"

My current version is 4.2, this problem also existed on 4.0 and 4.1

After reinstalling my P3Dv4 I got a very strange issue, everytime I start P3D it normally starts up, but when the Scenario page opens, P3D stops responding and some texts turns blurry. It doesn't crash immediately but after a long time (about 5 minutes) it says "P3D has stopped working" then crash. I can't even access the choose vehicle or airport pages. I searched for many solutions but they don't seem helpful. It's no use to delete and regenerate %programdata%\Lockheed Martin or the prepar3d.cfg. Now I can't even fly... so do anyone know how to solve this issue? Thx.
