Haha ok well I should’ve been more clear… I programmed a hold just before TOD, made and had dinner, came back, put the plane in exit hold and then LNAV was non existent. See I always plan some extra amount of fuel just for this in simbreif 🤣. Simbreif really needs to add in an extra bar labeled “dinner” in the fuel planning section.

Possible that the Hold function also breaks the LNAV… just done flight from Istanbul to Kuwait and had to HDG the whole star after a hold while I made dinner 🤣

Definitely not a flop, as mentioned above, lots of fun. But it does have some more work to be perfect. Personal opinion, Inibuilds even with their increased team size needs to slow it down a little… taking on too much I feel. However I have to say, given they haven’t been in the aircraft development game for too long compared to others, they are doing extremely well.

I’m not sure if this is how the real aircraft behaves but the LNAV seems to start turning really early about 4nm from a waypoint, in tight arrivals STAR procedures, gets really messy. I also get the aircraft randomly stop following the route, even more so between the airways/waypoints and the end of a SID and start of a STAR.

Don't think its got anything to do with MSFS. Theres many "divisions" within their divisions so I think MSFS is quite safe, FS has always been the golden child of MS, I think were safe for now. I knew MSFS was doing well when they announced 2024, then the developers started echoing how well the market is compared to older platforms.

Just a suggestion, don't know if its placebo, but after the latest update, I've removed and re installed the A300 and it seems to be behaving a little better... systems, flight model and rudder wise. Someone else mentioned something similar in the Inibuilds forums. Remove plane and all liveries and re install.

To be honest, since I bought the plane, there were no bugs preventing a smooth flight. Only inconveniences and some discrepancies in the weights etc. Most things are now good to go. Should get it, great plane to fly and also hand fly. Feels like it has weight.

Make sure your selector knob on the actual bravo isn’t set to the IAS selection as this causes issues and might throw your throttles off. Keep it in anything but that. I think they’re aware of this.

This is much needed, never really gets much attention, personally, i like the 400 better than any other 737 model. Old schoool.

Did you have constraints selected? Not sure 100% how the a300 operates in this regard, but I recall in the a320 you have to have CSTR selected? I might be wrong all up, maybe a real life airbus pilot can chime in. I just haven't had any issues with the plane following alt restrictions.

The ZFW is 80000 now, I think the profile has been updated? I checked this morning as I was also waiting on a simbreif profile update and that was the only difference between my old profile.

The dirt and the filth is what gives these planes their character! As mentioned, its been quite a while since this planes been flying. But everyone has their preferences.

First flight done from YSSY-YMML, didn’t go through all the change log but here’s my take. - performance seems better - sounds are much better maybe a touch more work to do - landings are much nicer and feel more natural - landing gear comes up at a realistic rate - steering is fixed, if someone can explain the auto disconnect tiller disconnects after a certain speed I’m assuming? If so what’s that speed? This plane is shaping up to be one of the best addons, I love my Fenix I love my Just Flight stuff and now Inibuilds is reaching the big leagues, quickly.
