Does anyone know the correct registry path I should install to? Currently it is installed to Program Files(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/fsx

Is there a certain registry I need to install to?

The current registry is ProgramFiles(x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/FSX. Is that the correct registry?
-
Yes to all of those

Hi. I installed precipitfx, set the scenery detail to high, have the latest version of FSUPIC, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and using Active Sky. But somehow, the default FSX and P3D rain and snow textures are still there. Is there something else I should be doing? Thanks

I think I was over the MAX gross weight and that is what caused it to pitch up. I've completed two successful flights on the 787 with no pitch ups. VIE-EBL and KWI-CAI on the -8 and -9 respectively.

I did register there. Nobody replied to mine though

Turns out the FCDU was capturing the keystrokes! I'm not stupid I promise lol

All of a sudden it's working again!! I must have pressed the tab key and that shut the FSX commands off or something! Thanks for your help!

I've tried googling but I couldn't find anything related to my problem. Do you know of any solution?
-
Otherwise yes

I read that and it didn't help

I figured it out. I just had to make a liveries folder in the Maddog X files. I then put the downloaded zip files in the folder. After closing the windows explorer, I opened the livery manager and applied them.

Now all of a sudden no key commands in FSX work. I've tried resetting the key commands to defaults several times. Only the brackets work. Nothing else. Is there any solution to this?

I found something on the FAQ on their website but I don't have a liveries folder in my Maddog X files

I checked the manual I can't find anything about installing liveries. I'll be sure to check again and get back to you. A quick google search turned up no results, at least for me

Well, nobody has answered me in days so I thought I should open a new topic. How do you install automatic installation liveries for the Leonardo MD-82 using the livery manager? I download them and extract them but they don't appear as available in the livery manager. Does anyone know how to install liveries?

How do I install them using the livery manager? -
I must have plugged the joystick in while it was initializing systems. I've been flying from Beijing to Hainan with no problems. False alarm. I'll let you know how the flight goes Luke Welborn

The new update is out and it fixed my 747-8 CTD issue.
