  1. Thanks - good suggestion. I tried disabling the GSX Jetways ... but no change to the outcome unfortunately (Jetways don't reach at YBCS, and go through the middle of the aircraft at YPAD). I also noticed an additional issue at YPAD ... where I was parked at Gate 26 and when I operated the Jetway, the one next door moved (Gate 25 I think???).
  2. In regards to Jetways not reaching the aircraft when using GSX, my understanding is this should never happen with default MSFS scenery and appropriately sized aircraft for the bay (i.e. A320 in this case). I do not use addon scenery, so I'd have 100% expected GSX and the Jetways to be working fine for YBCS and YPAD for example ... but there is a great deal of non-alignment there 😥 ... they either don't reach the aircraft or they go straight through it.
  3. The cockpit door must be open to trigger seeing the PAX inside the aircraft ... but it also depends whether your aircraft is supported yet for seated passengers (and you also of course need to be able to see seats etc. inside the aircraft - because some do not have these views possible).
  4. I actually also just checked Adelaide (YPAD) at a few different 'suitable' gates ... and the jetways go straight through the middle of the aircraft, or don't actually reach the aircraft. This was for the Fenix A320 as well as for other AI that auto-populated there. This is really disappointing, as I thought it was meant to work with all the default airports and at least with the major airports. Is this a bug, or am I expecting too much? Also, although I've read the manual about selecting the GSX menu from the icon etc., it never seems to come up on the first click ... I always seem to have to click on GSX two or three times to bring up the menu.
  5. I'm not sure what you mean by that - so I'd say my answer is probably no 😉.
  6. I'm using the Fenix A320 v2.0.0.407 and GSX 3.0.6 1) With regard to seated PAX - I see them when I trigger the cockpit door open, and disappear when the door is closed. I understand this is to minimise FPS performance, however I still see PAX through the windows from the outside (even though the cockpit door is closed and the plane is temporarily unloaded/empty). This is a good thing, but is that by design? Why do the PAX have to be unloaded at all when the cockpit door is closed? Surely if I'm no longer looking within the cabin and I'm just looking out the front, then the PAX would no longer be rendering anyway - so why have the door open/close trigger? 2) I noted the boarding stairs (front and rear) vanished when viewing from one of my airport elevated outside front views, but other ground equipment remained visible - I assume that should not happen? 3) I have NO 3rd party scenery, so just MSFS2020 default with all latest updates, but I'm finding that at the couple of Australian airports I've tried (YBCS, YBHM and YPKG) that using the Fenix A320 I'm having some errors. At YBCS, all the gates I used (eg 24) the aerobridge/jetway is way too short and does not come far enough out to reach the aircraft. At YBHM and YPKG the chosen gate (which should be fine according to the charts etc.) is saying my aircraft is too big (and there are no gates at that airport that would 'fit' the A320 (even though in real life these bays handle A320 and B737 no problem, and in fact B767 use to use those gates / parking positions at YBHM. Is there anything I'm doing wrong, or that I'm able to fix? Many thanks, great product though - very realistic!
