Hi everyone
Here I leave it for everyone to see the differences in our work.
Here you can first see ORBX OpenLC on the left and our work on the right. On the right, you can also see a part of the default mountain, also made with OpenLC. This is near Salzburg, the border between Germany and Austria.
And finally you can see how it looks now completely covered by FC Scenery in both Germany and Austria.
And here you have one where we can see Beijing, China where in this area you can see what it looks like by default with ORBX Global Base, since there is no OpenLC for Asia.
And here you have an image where you can see how it is covered with our custom Photoreal + Autogen with buildings in the corresponding locations, this image is from when we were working on our China project, but currently the city resolution is at 1m, for the main cities and points of interest we improved the resolution quality between 50cm and 1m to make it more realistic when flying.
I hope these images help you better appreciate our work. We invite you to try our demo countries so you can all get your hands on our products soon.
Best regards, everyone.
Fernando.Great work indeed and brought 2 of your products yesterday new zealand and Australia looking forward too buying more of your scenerys thanks.hopefully one day you can do my home town perth western australia city :).

I know that with P3dv6 there is still not many addons compatible with v6 let alone releasing a v7 version of P3dv7 and not have any scenery compatable or aircraft compatible at all With live streaming scenery and stuff im not really sold on this either.Im lucky with V6 by doing the registry trick too get most of my scenery from V5 and some aircraft too work but still find alot of bugs in V6 .I guess each too there own when it comes too opinions on this topic.P3dV5.4 is my sweet spot of a sim and everything is running great.V6 has great lighting but V5 can be tweaked too look very close too V6.

I do not use MSFS (yet) - I have it with the PMDG 737, and mainly have flown it whilst beta testing Activesky for MSFS.
As I have a decent quantity of addons for destinations/areas I frequent in P3D, the visual quality is good for me. I exclusively fly the FSL A320 + PMDG aircraft (need to learn the Majestic Q400). I still believe the FSL A320 is the best A320 available for any sim at the moment, and that is what I fly most. Anyway, long story short is, P3D v5 suits my needs perfectly at the moment, and has features such as weather radar and (arguably) better flight dynamics/atmosphere modelling for larger jets (Blackbox711, a real pilot streamer, often makes reference to the twitchiness of pitch, lack of inertia, and other problems in the MSFS flight model) that MSFS does not have.
My PC runs P3D v5 better than MSFS in 4K. I plan to upgrade PC next year some time, at which point I will likely switch/at least start using MSFS more. Not necessarily because I am dissatisfied with P3D, but because new aircraft I am interested in (A380) are being produced for it and P3D add-on development is very little compared to MSFS. I still buy the odd P3D addon, and there are good quality sceneries still released for it (e.g. Imaginesim WSSS updates, which is good of them).
For you, unless you are desperate and cannot wait for the 747, I would not advise starting down the path of P3D unless you are prepared to spend a good amount of money for some add-ons that are semi-essential to making P3D good (e.g. ORBX Landclass areas, Activesky for weather, add-on airports). The PMDG 747 for P3D is very good - their best aircraft in P3D in my opinion. Only realy downside is that LNAV tracking can sometimes not be the best, as is the case with all PMDG planes in P3D. Otherwise a very solid and stable release which is great for long-hauls. Don't expect realsitc behavior in many failure modes though - e.g. engine out handling. The 777 is also good, but a bit more dated visuals-wise. However, as another poster referenced, they really did stuff up pitch stability with the release of the 200ER and subsequent updates to the 200LR/F/300ER. It is very twitchy and has some bizarre behaviours on approach. It is, however, very good on FPS.
I am not a massive fan of MSFS as the developers seem less interested in fixing fundamental flight dynamics issues versus adding more "gameish" features, but it is really the only platform outside of Xplane that will see ongoing development. Even if Lockheed update P3D in the future (they already have in v6, and very few add-on aircraft are officially supported in it), I doubt it will see a return to a good number of add-ons being produced for it.
This is coming from someone who is currently very happy with what I have in P3D - but I doubt I'd start again down that path now given the current state of the flight sim market.
Couldnt Agree more well said.

I downloaded the Rev 1.0 since I had the beta installed and works very nicely. I updated to the latest Nvidia driver yesterday through the app and it was a breeze.
However it does not appear to have all the graphics settings you have available from the Nvidia Control Panel, at least for P3D. I assume for other sims that may be a different story.
I will try and add the P3D program in and see what other settings are available.
For me i added P3dv5 and 6 and i couldnt get it too work ? see how you go with it?

I have it installed also but it gives you limited options for filters ajustments in P3dv5 and 6 and says optimise option isnt available for both P3D versions? tho its available for mircrosoft flight sim ? have you guys tried the filter ajustments?

Another plug for P3Dv6: I don't need all that reshade, RDshade, and Envshade stuff any more. The atmosphere and lights look great right out of the box.
All I use now are Active Sky for weather and ASCA for clouds.
Dave
Agree P3dv6 has it all for me.

Unfortunately Autogen draw distance is a resource hog and i have mine set too high and even the most powerful pc can be put on its knees i find it the biggest frames rate hog setting within P3D.

Pm sent thanks.

Thanks for the heads up will download and install 🙂

And i also find having the scenery draw distance set too high in P3d is a performance killer and have mine set too normal.Makes my sim and frames rate playable like the fellas said in the above posts fine tune your system too suit your specs.Even with my specs AMD 7950 3D cpu at 5.7 gig ,GPU 4080 and 32 gigs of ram can be put too its knees if settings are too high just saying.

Some freeware planes have this icing effect built into the model.
I agree that it is quite annoying and unrealistic.
You can remove the effect using the utility ModelconverterX which you can obtain here: https://www.scenerydesign.org/modelconverterx/
Dave
Hi Dave i seem too get this rain drop foggy low visibilty and sometimes it flickers in and out too being from clear too fogged up this happens in all the rikaddo freeware planes including the 787's--737 max 8 I dont mind the rain drops but with the foggy appearance on the windshield it makes the game word not allowed too play in heavy weather and storms. Thanks for the link i will download it and check it out.Is there any places specific in the like the sim object folder i should be looking for? or any other places which might cause this? and i have windshield effects switch too off in my p3dv5 world settings but no change in the issue. thanks alot for your help and thankyou too the other gents who chimed in on this issue. 🙂
