I just downloaded the trial version to see if it works with my hardware, had no problem recognising the Saitek yoke & rudder pedals, but when I enable Saitek panels in hardware menu, my multi-panel lights up, and appears to have default functionality, but the "ignore sim elec power" and "Saitek panel config" options are greyed out, so I can't change anything. Is there something else I need to do?

Hi, I hope someone may be able to help. My X55 joystick has been getting very noisy recently and quite stiff to operate. Has anyone any tips on the best way of lubricating the mechanics and what to use? I haven't tried opening it up yet in the hope that I can get some advice from someone here who may know the the best way of going about it. Baz

Hi, Captains! I want to introduce the modification of Saitek throttle. It is fully working B737 throttle based on Saitek. We add forth axis for speed break. All buttons are operational - TOGA swithes, A/T disengage and reversers. The flaps with mechanism and nothes position sectors. Can be used with B737, B757 or B777. The information about modification can be found here Or, here the link to the video.

Hi, I posted in Xpilot forum but not getting any info. I am new to xsaitekpanels and also to Xplane plugin. I download the xsaitekpanels , dataref and Python plugin but lost on how to program the xsaitekpanels.ini. I have the radio and the Multipanel I end up, to download the file from someone contribution, but the knob of altitude is stuck and I cannot turn it in the VC and neither in the Saitek MCP. Also the HDG CRS VS I can turn in the VC but not in the Multipanel. the trim wheel is not working For the radio the only one that it's not working properly is the QNH not synch by 1 units ixeg 733 xsaitekpanels.ini Can someone point me on how to program or tell me how to solve this glitch Thank you

I am puzzled...I unplugged my pro flight yoke from its current USB port, and replaced it with my headset (my headset had mysteriously stopped working, so I tried a new port). I eventually discovered the problem for the headset. I plugged the headset into another port. I re-plugged the yoke and got an ominous message...it indicated that the yoke had not been installed (I don't remember the exact words). I've tested it in other USB ports, but nothing works! In addition, I don't see it reflected in the Device Manager. The yoke's clock screen is totally blank, and the light on the quadrant is unlit. Interestingly, my Saitek rudder pedals work fine (it shows up in Device Manager as well). In addition, my Saitek Radio panel and Multi panel are working. I've consulted MadCatz, and they suggested the following: -Open the control panel and select the System and security -Select power options -Under your current preferred power plan, please select the "Change Plan Settings" option then click on the "Change Advanced Power Settings" -Click on the USB settings tab to access the USB selective suspend setting -If you have this option disabled then enable it. If the power setting is already enabled then disable it. -Hit apply then OK and close the power options page. -Open the control panel and select hardware and sound -Open device manager -Open universal serial bus controls -Right click on any USB root hubs or the generic USB hub and select properties> power management -Untick allow the computer to turn off this device to save power I am using Windows 7 pro 64 bit; HP ProDesk 400 G1 MT; 3.3GHz; 8192MB RAM; Direct X 11; Default System BIOS. I've tried everything, but nothing has worked! Any suggestions?

Hi all, I have an issue where after a computer restart, my Saitek Radio Panel works as expected when running SPAD. However, if I quit FSX (or P3D for that matter), the display won't work again until a computer restart. That said, it's still being read, as it still changes radio frequencies (at least in the SPAD utility.) Anyone know how to fix? Thanks

I have been trying to get this issue sorted out with the saitek support team, but I'm not getting anywhere (the suggestions they offered aren't fixing the issue). I purchased a saitek radio last year. I used it along with a saitek yoke, pedals and cessna trim unit. The radio operated perfectly. I purchased the multi panel last month and added it to my sim experience. Suddenly, the XPDR section of the radio unit mysteriously went blank when I switched the button to it (that meant I could no longer manually set the transponders in my planes). I've downloaded drivers, I've uninstalled and reinstalled my radio (it came with a CD)... I've even checked the overall health of my system's drivers, but nothing worked! In addition, the saitek panel test pages indicate that everything is fine with both units. I am puzzled. It almost seems as though the 2 units were made by 2 entirely different companies!

I have experienced a strange problem with my Saitek pro flight yoke. It worked perfectly after my first upgrade to win 10. no problems at all. A while ago, I noticed, that the green light in the digital clock was off., and the yoke did not work any more. at plugging in the yoke I heard the USB-sound, but the yoke was not recognized. Only the build in USB-hub was recognized. Trying to set it up at my laptop worked perfect. no problems at all. I have resetted my computer to a clean Win 10, but it is still not working. When I am installing the driver, and I come to the point, where I plug in the yoke, the "NEXT" button stays greyed out. Trying to manually install the driver from hardware properties gives only an error message from windows. I noticed, that my laptop is running win 10 initial release build 10240 (winver), but my pc is running win 10 build 1511 build 10586. I have grabbed the win 10 disk, I originally created at my first upgrade to win 10 (Build 10240), and reinstalled win 10, and now it works - for now!, because Microsoft is stuffing build 1511 down my throat. Hey, the new build 1511, build 10586.122, from March 1.st. is up an running, and it seems to work! Anyone have a similar experience? Sadly FSX wont run on Linux! Regards Henrik Birch

Hi guys, First of all thank you for taking your time reading this. Ok so i just purchased the Saitek X52 Pro but i am unable to make it work properly on P3D V3. I have look around everywhere and the little information i had found is only for p3d v2.X. I went into saitek website to download the MFD plugin but it says it is for p3d v2. There is nothing in their forum that mentions P3D v3 at all. Im just wondering if you guys have any work around to install it manually using the P3D v2 installation. Let me mention that i try installing it using the v2 one and the gauge does not show on the Sim to control the MFD. Also it would be nice just to have some directions on how to add a gauge manually.

Hi, I want to make some switches for flightsim- and then assign them through fsuipc. I don't know what to use for electronics, so if anyone does know, please say what I need! But I thought that since I broke my saitke throttles, but my motherboard for them is still fully functional, I could use that. So I want to know if, if I soldered the switches the Saitek throttle motherboard would it work. Thanks a lot! Harry Karmel

Hello, Last night I was flying a flight on the simulator and suddenly all my control stopped working and my hat switch(s) stopped working. I am flying in prepare3D V2.5. I use a Logitech Exteme 3D Pro joystick, Saitek rudder pedals, and a saitek pro flight yoke. I've tried restarting the sim several times, restarting the computer several times, and unplugging and repluging the USB ports to all three devices. What confounds me even further is whenever I going to the control settings to try and recalibrate them they still show up in the Sim directory, but they don't work. Because it's two different companies' joysticks that are not working I have to believe that it's the Sim's fault has anyone had this problem before and can anyone help me?

Ok so I am guessing this is a windows 10 problem, but I am not exactly sure how to fix it, because it seems related to another problem. So I just got a new system today, which I put windows 10 on as it was better than 8.1 in my personal opinion, and after installing fsx, I decided to install my saitek pro flight yoke, rudder pedals, and throttle quadrant. At first the yoke seemed to work ok with the drivers running well and the functionality reaching what it normally would on my old windows 7 computer. However after about an hour of having it plugged in the usb, the yoke, rudder system which was plugged in and the quadrant crashed simoultaniously. I checked some other forums and this seemed to be a problem with windows 7 as well, the fix for the rudder pedals was simple which was to unplug it from the yoke and put it in a separate port, however this could not fix the yoke and the throttles. I deleted the specific files from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE as well, but it didn't fix much. Looking at the device manager, the computer seemed to classify the yoke as a "generic usb hub" rather than a joystick, and after being somewhat lucky with using windows installer, which worked until I unplugged the yoke again.I am at this point unsure of what I need to do, I am not sure whether there is anything else I can do, has anyone else had this problem at all?

I searched the forum for Saitek and got no hits. Somewhat surprising because there seem to be many, many people who have the same problems with the fact that the Saitek Multi panel does not work with PMDG aircraft. The only things that work are the CRS selector, flaps and pitch. The other selectors do not work, nor do the Autopilot or the auto throttle. They do work on the standard FSX airfraft. From having Googled a solution it appears that several other third party products are required. Unfortnately there is no conformity to what is exactly required. Just wondering why this information is not available on either the Saitek or the PMDG websites. I contacted Saitek but their suggestions did not resolve the issues. It would be nice to have clear instructions on how to get these two products to speak to each other, directly if at all possible. I added the following 2 lines to the 737NGX_Options.ini file, as per PMDG's suggestion, also without success [sDK] EnableDataBroadcast=1 Any specific instructions on how to get them to talk will be very much appreciated.

I've just started encountering a problem and I don't know what initiated it. When I fly FSX SP1&2 on my high end PC (4790K) with the Carenado Phenom 100 and registered FSUIPC4, everything is fine until I connect to the PilotEdge client, then when I go back to FSX the Saitek Pro yoke & throttle are disconnected. If I fly the Carenado Archer under the identical conditions and start the PE client and go back everything is fine. I tried setting the JoystickTimeout=5000 in FSUIPC4.ini thinking the Phenom model took longer and it was timing out but no joy. I'm not using the Saitek profiler or drivers, just the windows drivers and FSUIPC for some button assignments (PTT). Here is my FSUIPC.ini. Any help appreciated. I've also posted in the PE forum in case it's a client issue. Hi all, I recently purchased a Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant. It worked initially but after reinstalling FSX Steam, it only seems to detect the left-hand black lever (for the throttle). The other two levers are not detected while flying. In addition, the Throttle is not listed as a Controller Type in FSX Control settings, though my other Saitek products are. When I launch the Saitek programming software, it does detect all three levers. I would appreciate any assistance or thoughts you could offer. As always, thank you very much for your help!

Hi , everyone . I have a 3 years old Saitek Pro flight yoke . Currently some of the buttons on the yoke (including the timer and Its display) don't work and I realized that some of the wires comming out from the end of the shaft are cut . But some of them remained OK and probably that's why I have the Axis still working . The main issue is that as you can see in the image bellow, those wires are being cut from the base which makes It hard to work on them . Anyone has any ideas about this ? And BTW the black circular shape plastic in the image which is at the end of the shaft (#1) is very hard to remove I don't know if oppening It is the only way to get this fixed . Thanks. =)

Hello all, I have done some research but no real answer as yet so here I am. I have recently purchased some Saitek gear. Yoke Pedals Switch Panel Radio Panel & Multi Panel All is good except for the Multi Panel which I can not get to work. Most of the time, windows says it does not recognise the USB device. I can use the test program and it seems to work but in game, sometimes the pitch wheel and flaps will work only and other times not. Randomly when I replug it in it seems to be all ok but that does not last long. Any thoughts appreciated. Paul...

Hey guys, I have been a long time viewer but have never posted much on the forums. However, I recently finished something that I thought I would share. Using a 3d printer, I designed these saitek replacement knobs that I custom modeled. I was inspired by the learjet 45's simplicity and style of knob, and I thought that would be a great place to start. Over about a month i managed to finish them and get the hang of using a 3d printer. The reverse levers rotate, but do not function in the flight sim for obvious technical reasons. Now that I have a replacement solution for my own flight sim, I have a few questions for the community: What do you think? Would you be interested in this as a product? Should I consider selling additional kits? Where would I post such a thread? Is there anything in the design that should be changed? It is just a thought for the moment, but I am interested in what you guys have to say to a potential ... say $50 vanity item.

Hello to everyone, I recently bought the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System and i have been absolutely thrilled with it. I am looking forward to expanding it with more products. However, 1 week ago i had a minor incident. My sister, while passing by, accidental broke the throttle lever (the 1st one of the 3). I can't do much so basically i need an extra. I've seen from previous topics that it is very hard to find and before i resort to buying the extra throttle quadrant, that has an extra lever, is there anyone who can help me? Appreciate any help guys!

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my Saitek cyborg v1 joystick in FSX. When I leave my throttle on idle, FSX shows my throttles at around 25%. At full throttle on the joystick, FSX shows my throttles at 75%. When I click calibrate, FSX's calibration system shows no problems at all with throttle position; 0% on the stick corresponds to 0% on the throttle, and 100% corresponds to 100%. When I use the same stick in XPX or Aerofly FS, the problem doesn't exist. This hasn't happened to me in the 2.5 years I've owned this stick and is a relatively new problem (a few weeks). The problem started when I unplugged my joystick and plugged in another Saitek controller (the pro yoke). The problem actually started with the pro yoke, so I thought it was specific to the yoke. Now I'm flying with my joystick, and the problem still exists. It's really annoying! What can I do? FSX SP2, by the way. Thanks
