Every time when i fly, mid way my plane turns off lnav and vmav and turns left and goses in a nose dive. The fmc reports when after i stable the aircraft and try to return on AP, " NOT ON INTERCEPT HEADING" Ive done so much flying in the 737, but overall new to the max era. It will miss a turn somewhere then start to go down. I know my fmc is right, had it verify by some people. Any ideas?

hi, my "problem" is not the autothrottle itself. next to the lights test switch, there is some sort of panel with three lights: A/P, A/T and FMC. The A/T is always flashing during approach, but especially when i select a new flap setting. EXAMPLE: i select flaps 1, then reduce my speed to the "number 1" that appears on the speed tape. Please, if i am making any mistake, correct me and i will thank you. thanks in advance tatin 98

Hello, Gentlemen! I like the original 737-s in reality, IMHO it is one of the great birds of the late 1960-es, along with DC-9, Tu-154, Il-62, 747 and others. I always wanted to fly it in FS, and one day, I realized, that there is such a good, highly detailed model of this plane. So, I have installed the Tinmouse II 737, and I loved this model. But I have some problems with it. It would be really nice, to solve them and fly the plane with only pleasant remarks. First of all, the stabilizer trim is VERY fast. I think my passngers are flying up and down around the cabin with their seatbelts still fastened Really, a single, hardly-felt 0.1-second click already shifts the trim a few units. I just keep trying to fly as soft and carefully, as I can, and still imagine myself in these possible g-loads. Also there is an issue with the CWS. (I think it is one of the direct consequences of the trimming problem) It is too agressive. I have to stop the rotation at the point, where I want it to stop, applying sufficient counter-pressure to the yoke, if I just release it the plane will continue to rotate rapidly for a few more seconds. One time, I was lucky (I have no idea of how did I get this) to have the normal-speed trim, just for a traffic pattern, and then a short trial flight to another local airport. I was surprised about how smooth can this aircraft really be, both in CWS and with hands. Is there any way to keep it this slow, exept the registered FSUIPC settings? I am using a wide panel, introduced in version 1.40, and many lamps and lights there are misplaced. I've seen a topic with the corrected locations for the speedbrake and marker lights, but they are placed completely incorrectly, while there are many other lights (I can say most of them, on the front panel), that are shifted slightly over their bitmaps, making the text hardly readable. Are there any corrected panel config sections? I am not good at all in panel building, so I would not like the idea to find and fix them myself, if there are any ready solutions availible. The red gear lights are illuminated all the time, while the gear are up. It is not normal, is that? What can I do with this? I don't want to go to the old 4:3 panel :( P.S Are the incompleted points of the 1.32 wish-list still topical? Are there any plans for a new visual model in some version, or some fixes to the current one, if its source materials are still avalible? It would be nice, for example, to have an ability to open the doors and hatches on the starboard side, and control the aft door independently from the stairs, and the flat flight-attendants near the exits sometimes look annoying, also it would be nice to have an ability to remove them. I recently purchased the PMDG 737-8/900NGX from the PMDG website today. I have a major problem which none of the buttons in VC and 2D cockpit will work. I will click on them, but they will not respond (Including Battery and Stand-By power switches) I have uninstalled and re-installed, run the installer as admin, but it didn't fix the issue. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks, Will

I have a question; how come when i start recording with fraps the frames drop significantly with 1920x1080x32? They also drop with 720 but not as much. The default resolution(i forgot what it was) has no frame drop with fraps. What is it about 720 and 1080 that make fraps want to eat fps? I also tried bandicam and same thing! can't put my finger around it and i searched for an answer and can't figure it out. -
Hi guys, im having a problem when using this aircraft. when i want to change from full screen view to a different one, fsx freezes, or the image starts flashing. it also happens when i use time acceleration. example: accidentally i select 8X and when i return to 4X or normal speed the problem happens. i hate when this happens especially when i am on approach and so close to land, because it keeps me from contiung with my flight. im desperate, please help me. thanks in advance, tatin 98

Folks, I may have overkilled my NGX, too much flying, and, it's not that i'm bored with it, it's just I don't know what to do with it next. After recently realising how my FPS have recently changed at uk2000's Heathrow Xtreme, I kind of want to do some routes from there. So, has anyone got any ideas? I would need: Variant (600/700/800/900) Airline And, of course, the route. ideally to or from LHR. So, does anyone want to give me some ideas?

Hi, i´m loooking to buy a new laptop, because mine runs fsx pretty bad, it doesnt get any better than 10 fps. so here i am, looking for recomendations asking if any of you know of a laptop tha can run fsx decently. please take in account that the computer shouldn´t exceed 450 dollars, because i´m from argentina and here buying dollars is too expensive. 6 pesos equals 1 dollar!! thanks in advance, tatin 98

Hey everyone. I just got a Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System and so far it is great. Now I have this message stuck in my subconscious: Build a 737 Home Cockpit. Just do it. Okay, sounds simple enough. Not. :( I have looked EVERYWHERE I can think of to find ways to build this that will make sense to me (YouTube, Google, Yahoo) and I just can't find any websites that give me a simple way to build the 737-800's cockpit in my basement. This is how I want to build my cockpit: I want to buy it piece by piece but I do not want to have to buy EVERY SINGLE SWITCH ONE AT A TIME. That may have been a bit confusing. Basically, I want to buy the complete front panel, then some more displays, then the complete throttle quadrant, then the complete overhead panel, then the complete pedestal. But even if I find a place to buy all those things, I may have another problem. My computer. My computer is a Mid-2010 13-inch MacBook. 2.4 GHz processor, 8GB RAM, and 512GB SSD. I play FSX on BootCamp. It runs all my add-ons (GEX, REX, UTX, PMDG 737) with decent FPS. However, I am a bit worried about connecting everything to my computer. On my computer, I have one Ethernet port, one Mini DisplayPort (display connections), two USB ports, and one headphone jack. To sum it up: 1. Where can I buy complete, plug-and-play parts of the cockpit? (e.g. buy the complete front panel, the complete throttle quadrant, the complete overhead panel etc.) 2. How would I connect everything to my computer? USB hubs may help, but what about displays? Would I be able to keep a steady frame rate? Giving me a little bit of a tutorial would be extremely helpful :lol: Sorry if that was all a little confusing. Thanks everyone! -hayhay7789 B)

Bonjour all, I recently purchased the 737-800/900 rom PMDG and by default, the cockpit view is NOT the "Virtual Cockpit" but the "Cockpit which when I change the view using EZdok doesn't work (well it changes the outside view which is a rectangle above the cockpit). I have to right click in the main window, and select Cockpit from the view then pick the Virtual Cockpit. Everything works then, the views using EZdot etc..but when I change the views from inside to outside (using the S shortcut key) and want to come back into the cockpit, no views are selected and I end up somewhere inside the guts, fuselage of the airplane until I right click on the screen again and select cockpit/virtual cockpit. Did I install PMDG the wrong way? I did have everything installed in Admin mode. I also have Airbus X installed and don't have the virtual cockpit issue. Any help is appreciated. Thank you very much.

HI, i´ve been having a problem with the aircraft recently. Some parts, such as engines (the engine cover appears, the inside of the engine doesnt appear), the wheels are "floating", and the APU exhaust is empty (i can see the sky through the exhaust hole). Thanks, Tatin 98

Hi folks, I have one question, why are the animations in the cockpit and on the wingview especially so choppy? For example the deployment of the speedbrakes is choppy either. Is there any way to solve this kind of issue? The trimwheels in the cockpit seems to be very choppy and not smooth enough as on the real Boeing 737 NG aircraft!!!! The flaps deployment is also not very smooth enough. Beside that, it is a really great addon for FSX. Thanks in advance. With kind regards, Tom Pls. Checkthis video out!!! Btw I have 50 fps locked! I create flightplans i FSbuild2 but I leave out the SID and the STAR, when I import them into the pmdg 737ngx I have a hard time finding the right SID and STAR, even though I find proper SIDs and STARs online on airport charts it almost allways screws up when I try to insert them in the FMC... Sometimes the FMC tells me to go around in circles around the arrival airport and stuff like that, please help me, it would be much appriciated!

Hi, buddies. I´ve been having problems when i select an altitude on the ngx. for example: if i select 25000 feet, and i am climbing, it passes two hundred feet and it ends on 25200. Then it descends to 25000 feet, but it always has that problem. And if i descend, it happens the same, but in instead of ending on 25000, it ends on 24800. tatin 98

With the 737 on the FSX I'm facing this odd problem the last time: I start the engines with the APU as normal, the starters cuts out and I can switch on the engine generators. But they won't produce any bleed air and they won't react on my throttle inputs, while the thrust levers are moving and the takeoff configuration warning horn sounds. Another odd fact: The are only at an idle n1 of about 20 %. If I save this panel state and reload it, I got an engine failure and they have miraculously stopped. PMDG Setup also says, there are no active failures. Even if I restart them they won't react, but sometimes, if I choose another livery or hitting <control>+<E> helps. (I'm aware of the isolation valve and packs should be off while starting etc.) Any suggestions?

I recently got the 737 professional from just flight but when I load it the controls (yoke and rudder pedals) are very jumpy and don't respond as it should so the plane is not flyable. I have contacted their support and they were very helpful but unfortunately could not find a solution. All my default and other add on planes work perfectly fine including other planes from just flight like the C-130 and 757. I have fsx with acceleration, windows 7 64 bit, saitek yoke + saitek cessna rudder pedals with 2 throttle quads and the saitek switch panels. Has anyone else experienced something similar or maybe know why only this plane acts this way? They've offered to exchange it for another product but I would really like to use this as I'm a big fan of the 737-200.

Hi guys, this may sound stupid, but i am having problems with the vnav descents. It descends way to slow. When i reach the airport, i am always way to high, arround 6000 AGL. No problems with climb, but yes with descent. Please, i´d like to know what i am doing wrong, because i know there is something i´m not doing. THANKS IN ADVANCE!! Tatin 98

I have recently downloaded, and installed the PMDG 737NGX. The visual model, and (visual) virtual cockpit shows. The sounds are also working. But a lot of things, are not working. Here is a list of everything that is not working: Virtual cockpit >PFD and other screens are black >Not a single button works in 2D, or 3D cockpit. >No moving parts on external, a or internal model. For example, throttles and flight yoke don't move when I move them, but the plane actually does react to what I do. And the elevator and ailerons (etc.) do not move >No lights . I have completely uninstalled the PMDG 737NGX, deleted all PMDG guages and effects, as well as deleted all registry entries related to PMDG, and deleted all temporary files related to PMDG. Then I ran a registry cleaner, restarted and reinsalled. That didn't fix anything. I really do not understand what's going on. please hepl me please hepl me please hepl me please hepl me please hepl me :(

HI guys, i´m having a problem updating my ngx. When i try to do it it says that i need to have 737 6/700 pack installed, and i have it. Then the installer just closes. My ngx is version 1.0 sp 1c. I want to update it to v 1.1. thanks in advance, tatin 98

hey guys, im kinda new to pmdg 737 ngx so in order for me to use my autopilot i normally turn off realistic ap engagement which i access from the CDU on the plane but ever since i upgraded my 737 NGX to sp1c that option is no longer in the CDU. i think they have moved it to sumwhere else. do any of you guys know where? if so please me tell. Hey Guys ! I need your help so bad ! I am getting FPS drop on approach or rarely on takeoff on my NGX, I did submit a PMDG ticket today. I never had this till now, i was able to get 25 to 30 fps locked at all stages. All my other addons do very good at the same settings, MD 11 , 747, j41, capsim 777,757 all of them ! its just the NGX. I have tried everything. new fsx.cfg, updated graphics drivers, kostas guide .... i have officially run out of ideas. Please help me save the NGX before T7.... plz.. my fps drops from 27 to 5 , 27 to 9 ...intermittently... My rig is a good one, 4.8 ghz, 8 ram, gtx 560, win 7 64. Thanks Thejus Mathew
