Hi HiFi...I'm sure this has been brought up before, however the "new" search engine here on AVsim didn't come up with much...I'm doing a lot of flying on Scandinavia, an I get my routes from EuroFPL, which are always CFMU validated with the newest AIRAC... I process the route with Simroutes for a FSX FP, but as with AS2012 simroutes aer not AIRAC updated.Result is that many of my routes in AS2012 consist only of dep/arr ID, because the fixes and airways simply doesn't exist en FSX/AS2012/simroutes. Therefor my enroute weather planning with regards to avarage windcomponents as well as LEG based winds, and of course descend planning, is not possible..1. Are there any known way to circumvate this issue? Can AS2012 import flightplans in another format than FSX FP? Couldn't find anything in Users Manual that indicated this...2. Any plans to incoorperate AIRAC support to AS2012 in the future?Thx for a great product none the less!Mas

Hey guys, I am getting ready to get on board with PE as I finally want to properly sim with ATC and spend less time "setting/tweaking" my sim. Anyway here is the issue For PE you want latest Nav DB and latest Airport AFCADs....now I do know the options like FSAerodata and Hans.Sors (the freeone) and good ole Navigraph updates. If flying airliners with navigraph - then there really isn't any problems but I am planning to fly GA and get some CAT ratings on PE. Here is what I have Orbx all US FTX Regions and US airports - Now with this most of the airports should be fine but what Airac updates? If I use FSAerodata - it apparently has an issue with P3D4.5HF2 as it is now below the addon sceneries vs being on top. All of this would be different if I had latest Garmin updates for Reality XP 750 but I do not know any pilot who has Garmin db tied to real hardware. My best conclusion that I can think of - is go to Xplane Route for GA flights - as the Navigraph updates the entire DB for Xplane and I can then use X1000 on most of the planes. Once I am ready to fly Heavies (I would fire up P3Dv4.5HF2) for PE. Is my conclusion correct for this situation? Thanks

Hello everyone. I have recently bought the PMDG 777 for P3D v4. Once installed, I double-checked that the nav data was up-to-date on my plane and sure enough it was. But what was odd about this was when I went to the "IDENT" section, I received the message saying: "NAV DATA OUT OF DATE" This was strange because I looked above the message and it said that I was using the most up to date cycle which is currently 1713 as I am typing this. I also checked the Navdata files in the 777 and that even says that it's on cycle 1713. I find it irritating and I am wondering if there are any solutions to this minor problem? Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you! Edward Berkley

When I downloaded LNM version 2.8.1 beta it installed by default AIRAC cycle 2106. The manual for LNM explains you use the Navigraph Data center app for MSFS 2020 and not FMS data manager is that correct? When I go to the Navigraph data center there is no link to update the AIRAC in LNM, Can anyone explain how I can update the default cycle to AIRAC 2210 which is the current one, Thank you.

Hi! I'm thinking about to buy the GARMIN GTN 750 to use with the Carenado Citation II over Xplane 11. But I have heard that the database is from march 2018 and it not possible to update. I already have a Navigraph subscription for AIRACs cycles. How can I put the new AIRACs in the GTN 750? Thanks in advance.

Hi folks, not sure whether both is linked, but I think it is likely: 1. I updated to AIRAC 1712 today. 2. My flight preps from Penang to Lahore (WMPK-GEC8991-OPLA) struggled due the FMC notiication 'LN: 276 ERR at GATES'. No runways, SIDs, nor STARs were visible on the DEP/ARR page. 3. I fell back to the previous AIRAC and everything is fine again. Is AIRAC cycle 1712 corrupted or was it a mere coincidence? LN: 276 ERR at GATES
