Hi PMDG, I've had a look around the forum and found some rather old posts discussing the route wind uplink to the NGX from Active Sky, and it was said it would possibly make it into a future update. Is this still on the list of things we can expect in the future? I have grown quite spoiled with this functionality in the 777 and the QOTSII, and I think it would make the 737 complete. Thanks!

Continuing my journey in the PNW region, I'm having a blast flying between the clouds near Orcas Island, and then finally landing at KORS. Most of the work is between 10k and 16,500 ft. I've got dual Reality-XP GTN 750's in this bird! Hi, there's a bug in the depiction of precipitation in the PMDG 777 WXR radar at the 160nm range display. Precipitation in this particular setting is only displayed correctly when the display on the other side, be it Captain's or First Officer's side, is set to the same or a smaller range. If set to a bigger range, precipitation in the first one will be switched to a 320nm range scale (while everything else is correctly set at a 160nm scale), without touching anything. It seems to be quite difficult to explain, but it's actually very easy to see when you are encountering precip in your flight, and watch the scale of the wxr radar decrease just by decreasing the NAV display scale on the other side. There's already a thread over at the PMDG forums, but they keep saying it's an Active Sky problem: I even made a video of this phenomenon. Be sure to check the description. The video was filmed in P3D v3.4 with AS2016, but the bug is still 100% the same in P3D v4 with ASP4. Stages of the Range Display Bug in this video: 00:00 Cpt side 320nm range, precip at ~80nm | FO side 160nm range, precip at ~40nm 00:11 Cpt side switched to 160nm range, precip first displayed at ~40nm, next sweep displays precip at ~80nm on both sides 00:42 FO side switched to 80nm range, precip displayed correctly 01:00 FO side witched to 320nm range, precip displayed correctly 01:16 Cpt side next sweep displays precip at ~40nm 01:34 Cpt side switched to 320nm range Thank you very much for listening. It is quite very annoying. Perhaps you can check your code, it sure is just a tiny error.

Hello all, I think Im experiencing an odd behavior by ASP4, P3D V4.5 HT3, I also have REXSF but I dont think it's related The pop up weather systems!! It happens in my case on two levels -always using real weather mode- 1- I am flying with clouds around and suddenly in a range of 5-20nm or more a large cloud forming in front of my eyes in less than a second or so? 2- At cruise altitude the weather radar is on and not showing any significant weather systems for 40 or 60nm ahead I look away or check regularly every few minutes to see with a surprise a huge system right in the middle of the screen it must've popped up because if it didnt I should of seen it coming? Both are slightly annoying specially the second one because mostly the systems had a red cell and should be avoided, for at least two advanced models of aircraft I'm flying regularly I have to check the flight path all the time or the autopilot will get disconnected then the aircraft would go into a steep dive and mostly crash or lose significan altitude? Any ideas will be appreciated please Best regards Alaa Riad

Please see this article for further info and to download now!Changelog:Update 062518⦁ Added new functionality and "Default local IP adress" option when multiple local IP addresses for the ASP4 computer have been detected, and allows confirmation/selection of the desired IP address - This will resolve issues in some rare networking configurations where ASP4 previously may not choose the correct default IP address - Does not effect most users⦁ Added new Privacy Policy display and form allowing user to accept or cancel/close. When policy is updated, it will be shown again and user asked to accept or cancel/close - Find our latest privacy policy at https://hifisimtech.com/privacy-policy/⦁ Adjusted font sizing for certain main screen UI elements to prevent "cut off text" in some font-scaled modes⦁ P3D v4 compatibility updates⦁ Added airport and data station EGNK (you must update your local station database or manually add this station to see this change)⦁ API: Added a way to add custom weather (using CustomWeather.xml) using lat/lonTo post a bug report, please visit http://support.hifitechinc.com and include all relevant information/logs.
