  1. Hi all Welcome to our official support forum. This can be used for asking support and sales questions relating to our hardware products. Alternatively we can also be contacted through the enquiries email on our website. The latest news and developments can be found on the news page of our main site as well as being posted in here or on our Facebook and twitter feeds. This forum is focused on support issues, direct product questions and announcements rather than general chat about hardware and simming. I am happy to engage in chat as you know, I am an enthusiastic simmer myself, but we would prefer to keep this forum more focused on our products and supporting them and general chat to other areas of avsim. Website: https://www.fulcrumsim.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/fulcrumsimulatorcontrols/ twitter: https://twitter.com/Fulcrum_SC Chris
  2. We now have a separate forum for discussing scenery and orthoscenery (Ortho4XP). Please post any relevant topics there and help keep this area for general discussions
  3. The Fall Event Team is happy to announce The Transcontinental. In a sense, this is a six hour event similar to the much longer Round the World Race. This is a live real time race running coast-to-coast from the Pacific to the Atlantic. Set in the late 1940s, the main aircraft are World War II surplus fighters (specified in a White List). The structure of the event will require several refueling stops. Solo entries are fine, multimember team entries may be even better. The start time is at 0800 PDT (1500 UTC) on Saturday October 26, 2013. The event will take about six hours from start to finish. European and North American pilots should be able to make the event's timing. Pilots with limited free time may participate on a team while making a commitment of only a couple of hours. Entries are due on Wednesday, October 23 – although late entries and changes will be almost surely be approved by the Committee. Please see the draft of the Official Rules available from a Dropbox account here. This document is "near-final" but may be modified before the start as we receive feedback from the participants. So if you have an idea about how to make the event work better for everyone, please post your suggestions in the announcement thread at the SOH Multiplayer Forum. For help from fellow AVSIM pilots, and general conversations about this sort of online event, you might go to AVSIM's Round the World Race Forum here. Lots of friendly and helpful simmers there.
  4. Hello to all, I thought it may be time to give that status of my upcoming product for X-Plane 11. This has been considered a groundbreaking effort if someone were to be able to provide a couple key elements in regards to photoscenery in X-Plane. Sure, there are ways to get a couple programs, learn those programs and download for hours upon hours with excitement for what's to come. Low and behold, after departing from your favorite field, you notice the rather poor tiles that are available for your area. One piece may be summer, one may be night. And where are all the damn trees?! Well, say goodbye to no tree's. It has taken me over 2 months to get as far as I have, and that is 10 hour days. Being Self-Employed is quite the helper for that. Initial reactions from a select few are a little more than just positive. "Beautiful...Great colors. Much better than anything one can find on Google or Bing." With the small but powerful partner I have been lucky enough to be in touch with and work with, I believe we may have a very exciting couple months ahead for you. First release is an estimated sooner rather than later. I want to get a good portion finished before I said much. It will Include all states shown above as well as Maine and Pennsylvania. I just have to keep doing my test flights...which is like eye-sex... StayTuned www.ortho4us.com
  5. Hello everyone, my MSFS Gateway website that lists hundreds of MSFS and P3D-related links sorted into categories, (e.g. aircraft, flight planning, scenery and many others) has been serving the flight sim community for 20 years and is still regularly updated. I hope you find it useful. Feedback and suggested additions are always welcome. Tony https://www.msfsgateway.com/
